Spot on canary. Huge potential, and the value of the company isn't reflecting much of that potential right now. If you can sit on your hands and THG aspires to the visions it's creating the SP will be many multiples of where it is now.... Imo

Going to be volatile here, but the underlying business is fantastic and the right people are being put in place. Not to mention an upcoming (could well be the start) bull market on risk on assets could well see this amongst other undervalued growth shares significantly higher over the next year or 2.

Nice to see they have taken the majority payment in shares instead of cash. Shows some confidence at this lowly level. I'm sure they'll be thinking they can make an easy 50-100% return. Good for bem aswell, extra 0.5 million in the coffers.

I'm thinking of a different one albeit the same circumstances but the dannemora mine looks to only have c50mt of ore and not applied for enviro permit yet. Anglo American is huge is expected to take part in project financing for the mine. This bodes well for kallak imo. Since kallak is a much greater deposit.

That's brilliant for them. I always thought kallak was a much better deposit than grangesberg aswell. Kallak is open pit, has more scope for upside through production and life of mine so for Anglo American to take an interest is a positive for us.
Also they want to produce 2025, they only have the exploitation concession aswell and haven't applied for an environmental permit yet.

Leading into the May update on the driving change agenda should see this rise further. Especially if they are still expecting to be back cashflow positive H2.

Fair points Eric. Im optimistic Kurt will be all over it this year and the company will make significant progress. Let's see what transpires and hopefully investor confidence improves. His number one priority is the SP he says, so there has to be a plan within the company of turning the sentiment around, barring macro of course.

Kurt can't give us a timescale for an environmental permit as it depends on each individual case and is subject to the court. Average is between 9-18 months according to the sgu and Swedish websites but obviously anything can happen. All Kurt can say is the goal for production is 2026. Timescales given are permit applied for q4, BFS 2024, build 2025, produce 2026. I think that's a fair timescale myself.
He can't give strict timescales as no one knows for each individual component leading up to production. Whilst waiting for enviro permits and the company can get on with feasibility studies.
It is perfectly reasonable to expect permits to be in place by some point in 2025 to allow a construction start.

I'm sure Kurt has said about the Finland PFS coming H2 this year if I remember. That will be quite exciting as we can put some value on the Finnish business finally.

You aren't expected to participate at all. They can raise there own money if they were listed. RRR held stakes in Jupiter mines over the years and never participated in raising finance. Plenty other companies with other companies invested in them but don't participate in a raising of finance so yes it can be as easy or difficult as you make it.
Q1. Fundraise has taken place which has taken alot of time out of the company. Whilst this has happened a PFS for anode materials plant Is underway and baseline environmental studies are being carried out for the application for the environmental permit.

I'm not sure why you keep asking, are you expecting a PFS and an environmental permit to magically appear this quarter?

I agree Eric, and I trust Kurt will give a breakdown soon enough. Drilling KS would be great this year, and integrating it into the PFS would be even better. He mentions value drivers for kallak that will make potential strategic partners sit up and take note so we have that too.

Hi Eric, hopefully April onwards with the start of the PFS, newsflow should increase once the funds get put to use. Lots to look forward to :) interesting to see how far we can take the PFS with the current funds and how long for completion?
