It is the biggest worry which is why this turnaround is huge and needs to go to plan, ontop of macros improving. If none of it goes to plan then.. well you can guess.
Alot will change between now and next year as James says, none of us can guess.. we just have to have faith the BOD fulfil there future guidance. 😅
I'm interested to know what other 'more attractive' investments there are in the micro cap space with a market cap of £11 million or under with £3-4 million cash and 2xPFS ongoing on really good projects.
I'm not impressed by management one bit. But from these levels it's still a potentially great bet.
Also, seriously id like to know of a project as good with value as low that is similar? Not some random vardar share in the middle of Jumanji..
Yeah exactly. I have 5 or 6 now but only 1 AIM being BEM. Bust or mine id like to see it through. Did have a punt on HZM, and the thought it may get financing. Didn't lose much as didn't put much in so mehh, bit of fun. Made a bit on HE1 when I bought into that at 0.25 as you did also. Otherwise that's about it.
I think it had all to do with the underwriters having a price in mind and BEM obliging.. after they escaped at a much higher price when it was manipulated higher just a week or so prior. The whole thing stinks, and was quite blatant I thought.
We are all here because we think it will go to expectation. Return to growth this half. September onwards improving margins and earnings and revenue growth. A lot of the hard work is done, rightsizing stock and improving balance sheet as well as a faster more agile business. If there is going to be a takeover it will be this year.. if not we get the full turnaround and gradually improving updates with the business becoming more and more valuable. The Market Cap won't stay This low, market pressures will eventually take hold. :)
Separate point, 60% of stock is now being sold at full price.. a lot of that could be from March onwards which won't show on the margins/revenue until second half reporting.
Whilst the turnaround is ongoing I'm liking the longer reporting procedures, it gives ASOS a lot more to report on when they do report and show significant progress being made.
I suspect in FY25 going forwards newsflow will start to become more frequent again.
