When we are acquired in the next 3-6 months (at £10 per share...!) is the normal procedure for the company's shares to be suspended. And if so what happens next. Is the physical pay out for shareholders a fairly prompt exercise?

Align must have gone away happy - what happened there I wonder - I think the SP is lower still since that meeting.

OK mms may have SOME influence on SP but the BOD have mis-sold this as things currently stand there can be no disputing that fact.

They should have better communicated back in 2016 (or similar) that a deal was at least 2 years away not hint that something was imminent back then.

BN - can you share some more on this IPO announcement and 3rd party for the benefit of people on here.

All the talk on here months ago hooked an awful lot of people that are now fearful of losing the money they invested.

Things could definitely have been managed by FB a lot more professionally. Good communication is key.

People invested here on the back of various interviews, RNS's and proposed deals / JVs simple as that.

All the above issued by the BOD. These releases have been many in number and both recent and in the past.

I have to say regrettably this is misleading at best. Many would not be in so deep if it was not for what the BOD have said. That is a fact and it should be addressed really and those at a loss compensated.

I know its all DYOR etc. but when you hear it direct from the source they should be made accountable for what they say.

It they hadn't spouted such positivity many would not have risked another £ many months ago and their losses much much smaller.

Bignuggets - what is you take on FB now? A few months back you were saying it was going to fly.

This seems more positive. Not sure why they would keep releasing updates if it was a fraud?!

Polite and courteous emails to the company are ignored.

Realistically what can be done, I have no idea, but would just appreciate some honesty.
