A few things to mull over .The delisting process requires a lot of steps to be followed - the reasons for delisting are outlined on One advisorys web page - do a search .Also could there be some sort of conflict of interest if Liam is still official company secretary and Ony advisory are undertaking a RTO for Motif . As Mark says below - why bother doing anything - unless the AIM rules state you must .If Motif have engaged One Advisory are they compelled to issue the market official notificationThere are also stringent timelines to be adhered to looking at the rules .I basically have no idea , I don't think none of us really do . Next week should reveal something one way or another .

Just noticed that they have still to post their annual confirmation statement with companies house .
Due on 5th Dec but they have 14 days after that date to submit

Suzy was quite clear no deal will be done with 301 till into the New Year at least .
Perhaps that in itself is a hint that a 201 deal will come soon ??
