An interesting situation should it arise:
Can anyone explain what would happen if the EG or MoM find that they do not comply with the above, would they give Kefi more time (give a further extension) or would the just revoke the licence? Before any smart replies, it is, a genuine question.

It wouldn't surprise me that there is a large buyer in the background? Also wouldn't be surprised that once funding is sorted that we will be a subject to some sort of a takeover. The Saudi asset will be a main driver for this especially if the assay results continue to improve.
