Valuation, price target, and recommendation

We update our model to reflect the updated guidance for FY25, and the lower than expected production output of the Cascadura-5 well. This sees our risked NPV12.5 based valuation fall to 32.2p (75p un-risked). As such, we reduce our target price to 32p, a 6% drop. We maintain our Speculative Buy rating, highlighting the still significant 180% potential upside our target price offers to yesterday's close. As a reminder, our target price assumes full dilution from the recently issued convertible bond, representing a fully diluted valuation.

I think you are forgetting the dilution effect of the recent raise and having to add just to keep my original percentage. As for having to prove anything the Discord was a good place for that as the holdings had to be proved with time stamped screen shots or portfolio holdings so there was no lying and we could work with a true combined verifiable number. As Discord members would attest I was the largest holder and since have increased from that figure.

There's no doubt reason's to remove PB , I would want a successor lined up ready to go who knows the business and T&T landscape.

Copperfrog I have a whatsapp group with them I will see who's still invested... but we have lost power with the dilution I have tried to retain my % holding but dilution impacts each time and hence my constant averaging down. It's not an endless pot and believe me the last drop hurt as is this one.

Aligator yes my losses are significant thanks for your concern. A few quick pointers without trying to start a whole debate. I personally with some extremely large holders was progressing with a plan to remove paul long before GGG was talking about it, this is why the action group was setup on the discord to get the relevant holders in support etc.

To say GGG is correct is technically a pointless statement as how can someone be right if they haven't sold ? they are by the very nature wrong as their actions have proved. Now you would have been right if you sold and even better then opened a short ... then and only then would you be right. He's views on PB I share and I have said before we share most of the same views in regards to PB and the way he has failed the company. I am just not going to point out every post the short comings.

You have only 3 choices BUY SELL or HOLD. Whilst my view on the business potential has declined with Cas5 and Cas4 we do have the production and development for CB to look forwards to, now we 100% need some success there and the company can transform with the much need LNG pricing . New pricing contract from 2027 for the Coho and Cas should change the balance sheet as well and with all the development costs done it should need much capital for general running cost of those two.

I'm looking at the SP and looking at the my value vs SP and see this as a buy.

I'm fully aware of the huge mistakes PB has made and don't think for one second I'm cheer leading his leadership, far from it.

I have agreed a lot with GGG grievances, and me a close pal set up the Discord Action Group for the purpose of opening communications with the management and unfortunately it failed to meet it's intended purpose and whilst the Q&A's have given an insight and been better than nothing, we sadly lost the grip we once had with the additional dilution.

I take some solace that the recent placement @ 11p would have done the DD on a worse case scenario and the fact they added gives me a little comfort with my own thoughts. Also Jeffrey adding and supporting the SP in Canada, it will be interesting to see the open there whilst they don't account for much volume it will be interesting to see if they continue to add to their 28% holding as they have been for the past few weeks.

I have a decent sized portfolio and have trimmed else where to get my average below 10p that's the plan. As you can see from the Discord all my buys are there printed and verifiable.

They was actually forced because Max is speaking at the conference tomorrow and the information would have been classed as inside information and therefore the update today was to remove any constraints for tomorrows talk.

Just people need to be patient and if they hadn't worked out it was going to take a while that's on them. The company said it wouldn't be a quick process and we would need to be patient. I think todays news had to include some details of the well progress as Max will be talking tomorrow and would therefore be disclosing some of this information which wasn't in the domain until today and would have given those participant an inside edge, so they have to mention it today even though it wasn't a conclusive result.
