I see the deal as a great opportunity, as the board obviously do also... I look forward to the numbers next week.

Mkt cap of just £89mln is so disproportionate compared to the assets and revenues coming.

Also before the headroom on the finance deal got approved they would have run the numbers for the acquisition and they are more than happy...so there's some additional comfort that an objective eye has run and approved the numbers.

Picked up an additional 2mln shares now holding 12mln over 5% ... follow the money, the institution now seeing the wall of cash on the horizon and wanting a piece of it !!

After a week of declines, the SP finally moved back up yesterday and starting looking today as if it was all over but behind the scenes today buy orders coming in decent sizes .. currently for example 15:28 400,000 30.75 some not wanting to get locked out.... and any news on the gas deal will send this into orbit !!!! and you can put a £1 /£2 in front of the share price.¬¬¬ plus funding and additional upgrades to come plus the Brookian looking conventional will be great as our recovery rates could improve to 40%+ on the same zone ... anyway all if and buts, but looks like were now ready to move back on & up again !

By that time we could be hooked up with huge production so I wouldn't stay out if your motive for selling is the deal wont be done till Q3 ... we could well be 60/80p by then and the TRIN shareholder will all be 100% committed to signing of the deal

Time will show this to be an amazing deal for TXP shareholders and the market will wake up to it once they understand our plan the the synergies etc

It was a simple market to market trade, you can see by the price with a miniscule margin to facilitate, had similar done when I've moved stock from one broker account to another. Th e transaction has to go through the market and tiny spread is added. I hope this helps.

Amazing deal, what's worth noting, you always know if it's a good deal by what the counter part shareholders are saying and they are not happy at the price which bodes well for the deal.

I know, annoyingly I see the 100k sell, but maybe something will appear later .... anyway can't help the fact we about to rerate. markets are normally 6 months ahead and from experience due to the PI's AIM stock as seem to be about 3 months ahead of news so with that in mind I would start to expect some positioning getting ahead of the two new pipes (income streams) getting hooked up :) they are due Q3 so lets say mid that gives us a few weeks before people really start getting to grips with what we have and how cheap we are ..... we're producing !!!!

Also Q1 figures due in 2 weeks :)

42.22 now being paid.... just SCAP to clear at 42.5p with 10k .. .so expect one or two to move up on the bid shortly as well as the offer.

As predicted we're just ticked up ....only 1 MM left now on the 42.5 so grab them while you can !
