I think you'll find the terms of the agreement clearly state they are NOT able to forward sell the repayment the month preceding the award. On top of that they don't even know if they are going to be getting paid in stock yet so they can't forward sell what they may not get.

(I think they'll get stock, but maybe Spens might pick up the gauntlet again, who knows !!! )

In fairness our little duel I though was fine and to be fair whilst I don’t bother going into to much back and forth with people as I’m not trying to get people to buy or sell ….i have made my very substantial investment 7 figures and will hold add or sell based on the any new information I find warranted for the change. We are all entitled to our views. I have read all your posts which is unusual for me so I don’t have a full picture but what I’ve read so far seems just a difference of opinion. For me it’s a screaming buy and regardless of speculation one thing that is undeniable is we have an absolutely insane amount of oil in place and worth 100/1,000x our current sp (unless of course anyone here has better combined credentials than NS LK plus the states own geologists plus of course our experienced board members) and if there is such a person they certainly wouldn’t be on a bulletin board and even more so going against those names mentioned. I have my value and its based of the worlds very best validation of our assets and having discovered the large on shore oil find in the world of 2022.

The markets are a moving variable and preserved value changes all the time... we are not a dividend play ... we're an exploration company that "MAY" have found the largest onshore oil field in the past 10 years !!! value will out in the end and this is what the board are currently undertaking and will take a few years. I am fine with this and yes while the market values us at 29p is the same as it was a few weeks back at 45p .... nothing has changed just shows the market price is totally pointless unless you want to sell. I will be here for £5.00 take out price which I have stated on numerous occasions over the many many years.

Firstly it's only money... and you can always make more and your health is sooooo much more important than your wealth.

On TXP's front we have hooks up coming on the full years guidance remains UNCHANGED and that had to be signed of be signed of by the Nomad so I expect we are just in a rare timeframe whereby the falling sp has weakened some PI's and has snowballed the decline. I personally feel this will not just come out well but this year is transformational for TXP

I can only assume that comment was for myself, (maybe be wrong, but ill respond regardless) I do post my sells as well and is very well documented on the ADVFN thread... and still HOLD a very substantial holding and haven't sold any.

Each to their own, many have personally reasons for selling but its very counter productive when selling at depressed level
