What’s funny all the talk about the CB wanting the sp lower etc is actually so far from the truth when in fact the terms of the CB reward the

Bond holder handsomely I believe the number is roughly 67p (I can’t remember if that’s with the discount 75p-10%) but anything above the get to keep so if the share price was £1.00 the payment would be in shares at 67p (roughly) so an extra 50% profit so it’s ideally for the bond holder to see the sp rise as apposed to a fall and having to sell more shares in the market.

I suspect they have just moved it from one mangrove to another for some sort of company structure change or to back the profits made and create to new short…. That’s my guess anyway. I suspect we’ll see the master fund short reduce tomorrow/friday

Poised and ready for a move up IMO

They have to report the days previous transactions (if they have) by 3:30pm the following day and this normally shows up on the system an hour or two later so by about 5:30pm we should know if they did and of course if they follow the rules.

That's only a theory (logical theory at the moment ) confirmation will come tomorrow after about 5:00pm if they follow the rules.

They are closing the short by buying the stock Capital Heights the bond holder are selling that they was just awarded.
