As exciting a prospect as this is lets at least keep the facts right.

- Kat is in Tanzania - Haneti (and assuming the imweru transaction completes)
- Kibo is in Botswana, Mozambique, the UK and Tanzania (in fact its arguable that the MCPP is the least of the four projects)

LC failed to achieve anything with Haneti and Imweru so hived it off to KAT for peanuts. Kat have to date failed to achieve anything with haneti and imweru and now sold Imweru for peanuts and 25-35% of Haneti for peanuts. The two constants are Tanzania and LC - no doubt in my mind that Magafooli despite the mining industry reforms has been a disaster for foreign firms wanting to invest in mineral exploration in Tanz - but LC has not delivered to date.

We now have Blyvoor which being in south africa is good in one way but not great in terms of the current covid situation which I am sure is a factor in prolonging any finance outcome here. Tick tock 28 days to hit another moved deadline, Fingers crossed.

Well I like the idea and see the benefit to kibo of delineating peaking power in the UK from clean coal in Africa. If the value of med is recognised and cash for development raised then kibo shareholders benefit. The make up of the new board will be interesting as I’m sure no one wants to see LC picking up another salary for effectively doing the same work but via two companies without some significant improvement to share price.

Anyway enough of a rant. Cant change whats done.

Potter not bitter ... just heard the same thing for a number of years. This really is a great opportunity at an excellent time for Gold and has the ability to kick start things back at KIBO but if we constantly miss deadlines then its not going to go down well with new, old, stale or bitter shareholders.

Lets hope we now get a build up to the finance agreement being signed before end Sept .. . a short list / name of the company we are negotiating with / mou

Lets not forget that activity on Haneti was also moved back to the end of August to allow time for / focus on Blyvoor. Will this get moved back?

and before anyone starts on the poor old stale LTH *******s .... this remains a fantastic opportunity and I appreciate Covid is having an impact and I really hope there are a number iof companies falling over themselves to finance Blyvoor BUT the company has to issue more realstic deadlines / timescales and stick to them

For the last three months 4 weeks has been enough time to properly consider finance options NOW its 10 weeks.
They haven't met a deadline yet!

Not a delay .... FFS .... this was going to be finalised by end of April, then end of May, then end of June, then shortly after the site visit and now by end of Sept. Its a delay FACT

Whether that's due to covid, increased interest , fantastic offers, an inability to assess how much needs to be done is immaterial ITS a delay

No need to deramp if you keep missing your own deadlines.

Sharealot stop bleating. Half the people on here predict blues days and the other half predict doom and gloom. Same as any other board. Anyone that buys shares based solely on what someone says needs there head examining so why you think they’ll listen to you instead of others I don’t know. You the filter button you plank!

Coffecups nice to see a balanced and conciliatory post. The problem here is that Is that positive news has always been around the corner and something has always cropped up. There have been several good times to buy at the bottom I’m just hoping that we have finally got there.

At present the total cost of the BoD is £190k up from £95k in 2018 and prior to that no salaries were drawn

If KAT gets the funding required for Blyvoor then you are likely to see a rise but at present those don't look excessive.

I see LSE is as reliable as ever. The 15th May Haneti RNS seems to be missing
