JDWag its good to see you again
KEY2 nail on the head
The point is most shareholders don’t bother to vote and although they only neef 75% for they need 66% of all holders to vote and they dont have a significant amount of shares tied up with large holders. For once PI shareholders are aligned on this and voting.
Anyway enough it’s IPO day.
Kiwi give it a break with the deramper cr*p. Your obsessed with anyone that doesn’t share your over positive view. If I was cynical I could say you’re pedalling a message to suit your own ramping agenda
You’ve p*ssed yourself for nothing!
Kiwi I think you’ll find that he’s trying to emphasise that it’s important to vote and ensure the resolutions are passed. We all know it’s a std RNS but there are consequences of the resolutions not being passed.
% share and MCap of subsids.
Without delivering in its ‘own’ projects kibo should be well above 1p on simple maths - mast ipo and Kat blyvoor / haneti.
Kai - I think he accompanied LC to one interview. He was appointed as the JVs manager not a KAT employee.
Would like to read the prospectus when available. Revenue generating by the time it lists with another 40 MW in 12 months.
KIBO could be a good and cheaper entry point for a 55% stake
not rocket science is it foxy ....
Also good to see mining picking up in tanz again following the mining reforms and magafooli re-election. Been a long process and very frustrating for investors as tanz has a wealth of unexplored mineral deposits

suspect so JDT - it was all the rage in 2015 (REM and David Lengigas if I recall)
Drill complete at Haneti and all samples on their way to the lab is indeed good news. I know its taken several years and a cheap sale to get to this point but those results should be interesting and a potential kicker for KIBO
Good luck with that Mr+. That would require some effort on Jax's part.
So now we wait the results ... a welcome distraction from Blyvoor where the company has the valuation reports but we are none the wiser
So out of interest what would constitute a good set of results for haneti? This is part one of a two part process. The current drill programme is seeking to verify the existence of near surface nickel sulphide mineralisation at each target whilst increasing the geological understanding such that the orientation and the meterage of a planned follow-up diamond drill programme can be optimised to confirm the scale of any nickel sulphide mineralisation
Going back to 2015 and when haneti was under KIBO there was a lot of talk about these other minerals, Lithium in particular
A good update. And good to see they beat the weather. Not sure what happened to Igari Hill (third target area) but they have completed the stated 2000m and 50 holes.
As for timings don't forget that 'first two batches of samples from the RAB drilling at Mwaka Hill have been prepared and the first sample batch will be dispatched to SGS Tanzania, an accredited laboratory, for assay testing as soon as the accompanying QA/QC standards are received on site (expected week commencing 11 January 2021)'. So suspect samples have been winging their way to the Lab for a couple of weeks.
Liperi that hotbed of exploration activity throughout the last decade yet the reservation is renewed. As for Salla looks like a nice holiday destination but a little close to the Russian border for my liking
Kuhmo1 you clearly worked for the Trump administration! However, I must admit the disappearance and reappearance of KDR on Tukes is a little baffling.
No current RIO agreement with KDR .... yet RIO very active in Finland
This is typical of the last few AGMs on stocks I hold. The shareholder comms talks about being able to join the meeting virtually and submit questions. It must be some sort of mandated requirement. However, on some there are no dial in details and I have yet to see one with any questions responded to.
