Surely if an acquisition was imminent you’d stay for the $$$? And leave after? Or even wait to see if the acquirer wants to stick some golden handcuffs on you to remain? Often acquirers want to pay to keep people around, even if the main incentive is the assets (which I’m sure this geo has abundant knowledge about).

Love the first slide on the new deck. I know it's nothing of substance but what that says to me is this is a business that is going to play to its strengths and align itself with investment themes of today that investors are hungry for. That slide is thematic around the electrication of everything (supported by loose monetary policy as we all know), which requires ... copper.

This is further evidence of progress with regards to the direction of the business IMO and looks great. Gone are the days of just "we want to be the BHP of ecuador".
