Jubilee giving away 24 per cent of Molefe for drilling and not even the development and building of the mine screams cash strapped. The proceeds from initial sale and first installment already been depleted.

Jubilee is not selling at the LME price looking at the interim results they sold copper at 6191 dollars a tonne and their cost was 5948.

Alot of cost they are going to look to capitalise and they fighting with their auditors cause they probably do not want to recognise the expenses for it

Jubilee the only resource company that break covenants during a resource boom for all 3 of their metals.

Their audited financials should have been released on Monday already

Look at the deal they accepted today 700k for equity in mining operations just for drilling and a reserve report.

Something they could have paid a third party.

This delay in results and these related party transactions not a good sign.

Something went seriously wrong this year and now they stalling until the sale goes through to cover up the issue.

All these months we were told mining partners are lining up but we are looking for the one with the right skills and balance sheet.

Those AFS must have material issues cause we sold a portion of our mining interest for 700 000k.

Leon states 15000 tonnes of waste of the 260 million waste dump has been sent to Roan for commercial testing.

This was part of the due diligence for the IRH funding project.

Roan was supposed to be the blue print for the other modules used at the LWP.

Why did they send 15000 tonnes of material to Roan for processing and not tel us the results it yielded ?

My prediction and I place my 700 000 shares on it. They going to claim they are going alone on the LWP project cause it's profitable when in fact they will not find a partner cause of the under performance of Roan and the capital required.

How does it make sense to sell a business that's operating and generating cash for a trial and error process in this copper strategy?

Jubilee copper faces the same risk as the platinum business. If this third party supplier fails to deliver they can't produce anything.

Jubilee now has mining interest but are slow to release a resource report showing their estimate of copper holdings and how do you sell a business before knowing your copper holdings

How can they not know what is the ultimate grade of copper material required to produce the maximum output of copper at Roan ?

Trial and error is not a strategy while you issued expensive equity and can not stick to time lines.

We are not friends and everything said here is speculation but every update confirms Jubilee is regressing and dressing it up like a strategic move.

Until the audited results come out. Everyone is speculating but that 15000 tonnes trial at Roan for the LWP. Shareholders were not told the results of a the trial and that's a fact.

Leon talking about partnerships but he doesn't have an idea of the estimated value of copper we are holding and can we even extract it.

Its clear the foundation of this 3 layered plan Roan is not delivering the expected yield and volumes.

They are now doing the same thing they did in SA being dependent on third parties and we all know how that ended.

The LWP project did a commercial trial where they processed 15000 tonnes of waste material at Roan. we where never told the results like how much tonnes of copper yielded from these trials 150 tonnes at a minimum. Jubilee had IRH ready to commit 50 million dollars and Leon spinning the story they walked away now they talking about looking at financial modelling for a new partner on better terms. It's clear jubilee doesn't know how much copper is in these waste dumps. Seems they are still paying off the LWP but the slow pace of development clearly shows the processing modules base of Roan was not processing the required yield to make this LWP worth the return.

Entire thread on how we acquired assets with equity and debt and now struggling to montize them.

Each update wording is used like the assets are bought operational but instead one shutdown of Roan and the entire copper project comes to a halt.

I look forward to the results to how Jubilee was margined called and forced to sell the PGM business cause they breach a debt covenant.

Buying all these assets and not having them produce cashflow has us in this position of hope. Hoping Jubilee execute a plan they announcing every update.

 Copper unit production guidance for H1 FY2026 of 2 300 tonnes and 5 100 for the full year FY2026.

Actual for the Quarter 938 so FY2026 H1 = 1876.

So they definitely not going to meet their own target for the year.

6 months late for audited results? Copper and PGMs were ran as separate businesses with different cost structures and revenue earnings and separate management. They are consolidated to give group results. Why is the audited results taking so long for a sale that occurred after the financial year end ?

Also why is jubilee under producing PGMs claiming supply issues when they stated in the prior year audited AFS they had 5 years worth of PGM materials ?

Why can't they give an operational update it is simple it's what we sold and less cost of production and operational expenses minus accruals for taxes. This was promised 6 weeks ago.

Jubilee past behave shows us they like delaying their failures and also early announcing of uncommited good news.

Theirs biggest weakness is their inability to produce copper at scale profitably. Everything is being bought from third party suppliers who are definitely squeezing.

They need to start producing copper from their own supply cause this is how they got out muscled on their PGM business by their supplier.

They released the copper numbers being 915 tonnes.

On 06 August Leon said their target was 350 tonnes per month and how Roan was ahead of production. Doing 384 in July and they already exceeded the 350 in August but 7th October reported 915 tonnes meaning an under performance of 135 tonnes of copper.

They need to release an operational update showing the financial consequences to their production numbers. The delay does not make sense they know how much they produced and how much it cost and how much they sold it for.

We will not get an update until mid December until after the audited results. Showing a big cash balance but drawing our attention away from the copper losses and how we have not produced copper from our own material but instead getting squeezed by third party suppliers who are aware of the increasing copper price.

This is the reality no mining partnership can be announced without them first having an ore body report for both large waste project and project G.

Leon wasted capital securing dumps and now he can't figure out how to produce copper from them profitable.

The approval for the sale took place in August.

They got the offer on the 6th of June.

The sale shouldn't have a material effect on the results for 2025.

They should mention it has an IAS 10 but it's a non adjusting event unless they are significantly impairing assets to make the sale look good on paper. As the carrying amounts of these assets are being compared to the sale value being offered.

Should they not have an ore reserve report?

Cause what are they gonna base their investment decision on ?

So far we have no idea how much copper jubilee have or how much they can actually extract from these dumps and land claims they have.

Someone funding a mine would at least want an estimate of copper reserves.

1. Is jubilee expecting it's mining partner to conduct this ore report for pillar 2 of its copper strategy ?

2. Looking at the the last update we only produced 915 tonnes of copper from third party suppliers and nothing from our own?

This clearly indicate this third party definitely squeezed their margins.

I hope they show copper separately so we can see the margins on this asset light business and announce reputable mining partner and not a jubilee linked entity.

People did we not issue shares in September 2021 to acquire the the large dumps of waste?

Did we not exercise the full right to purchase it but now we do not know how to extract profit from it cause that batch they sold for 6 million how much profit are we making from it ? 🤔

All my son called negativity can be defeated with updates and the company delivering at least 6000 tonnes of copper but we all know neither of that is happening in the next 3 years.

This has been my biggest investment L the last 7 years. Showing a low cost PGM processor can hide a failing copper producing business.

This company really needs a CFO. When is the AGM schedule?

I have a few honest questions.

They only produced 915 tonnes of copper. That's it's. When they had to sell us on the PGM they claimed how Roan was producing ahead of the target of 350.

We should at minimum produced 1050 copper tons just from Roan.

I will say this again the reason the LWP can not commence after 6 years is due to the failure of Roan or they not sure of the ore reserves of the waste they obtained. Either way both are expensive to fix and no partner is willing to commit.

Orion minerals a mining entity in SA already got Glencore funding and presold copper. Why can't jubilee do the same ??
