Hitting a sweet spot ....... https://www.thedomains.com
Were all in the same boat! Atb
Nice one Huckster Ill go with the 10th Adds a bit of debate in the run up.... Atb
Ill stick my neck out & say 30p / merger. Come on not long till the tide goes out! Sunday ...25p? Any others.....
Yeah, not long now Jal74. I just see the revenue & growth potential of this company with good management & a decent strategy. Been here years like many on this board, the company has been turned round after years of promises & dross. Dont want it given away for a traders profit. Renewals % & new billings growth will be big factors. That will already be known & help determine the price. Atb
22p x 10 500,000 does offer good value, but not as good when you deduct the option price that he has to pay. 30p plus for me minimum. FinnCap 9/2016 .... 6% dividend easily attainable from FY 2019 Im happy to take that every year with the growth potential of domains... Atb
10p profit..........lll stay in bed thanks ......;-))))
set up Florimont for his 10,500 000 options in August 2017. I would guess its costs money to set up........must be worth it too him even back in August. 9 months later now.........hmmmm! Lets get things moving ....
More relevance may be of what Henry Turcans bosses want at Odier.( they run the show I think) Invested as Hendersons @ 12p before & during readmission to mind + machines (5 years or so ?)I would imagine they will want a fair price for all the hard work put in, their time & their man on the board. They got headwaters in to do a specific job, to extract the best possible return for shareholders. China looks the best bet, price ........?
I agree & so do Directors & Institutions (They hold over 65% of the share issue)
another 6.7k added today......🧐
Canny investors just Bed & ISA their holdings.............
Arent showing on here or London Stock Exchange.(again!)
Great News! A chink of light at the end of the tunnel.
We wouldnt get told if there was still more than one party involved. Closed bids !! Maybe! So parties may not know whos involved & may not know the bids there up against. Management will want to extract the best possible price , no matter how long it takes, if its beneficial to shareholders. Thats why Headwaters were employed.
Management- would be happy to sign an agreement restricting new Tld releases, etc if the offers on the table already exceeded their target valuation or it was beneficial in a merger! Maybe !!
My glass is very much half full as yours Sunday ! We know the review started with several interested parties. The process may not be that straight forward as the interested parties have been whittled down. Each party will be approached separately by Headwaters as the review unfolds. They may not even know the identity of the other party/parties involved officially. Pre negotiation agreements will have been signed by all parties including MMX. Restricting not only disclosure & trading but also new releases & general progress of the company until completion of the review. Cant see this being a Dutch Auction Anyway..... Not long to wait ...... now. Silence is golden......& deafening! IMHO then WTFDIK. ATB to all in here..
Agree Huckster..... Big month coming up....
10,000 plus increase today... nice!
