Still a long way to go until any approval for drug to be marketed. Majority never reach that stage. Need to play the long game.
Every time I check in I see 200 to 300 messages basically saying the same things day after day.Now just waiting for someone to say there will be after hours Friday RNS! If there is no company news then what is the point? Once there is news then there is something concrete to debate. I was patient during suspension, and I continue to be patient now.
and the rum bottle is full again. One day.....
14 sq kms vs 2 sq kms. ie 7 times.
Wishing for similar share performance. Wishing only. But will keep holding long term.
7 times the original area. is that not good news, or too early to say?
There has been a major rerate this year already. Are you projecting further big gains? I prefer a slow rise over the long term. There could be a spike today so be careful.
Clinical trials still to be completed yet. Don't get spiked. Steady rise preferable.
Still very early days for testing and approvals. In for long term recovery. Long term meaning at least a year. All these wild forecasts are just that in the short term. Hold if u don't need the cash.
I don't believe everyone here knows what phase 2 means. It does not mean final approval as most people are aware so don't get carried away with outlandish price predictions. But good progress nonetheless.
Still only Phase II, right? So still a long way to approval if Stage III to come.
Challenge study is only to test efficacy. it is a small, but very important part of the long process of approvals. Fast approval is always a risk that needs to be assessed, especially a vaccine.
Still can't see the relevance and no need for any excitement or share influence that I can see. Still holding very patiently.
Did I miss something from the message posted earlier? What has a possible leukaemia drug got to do with Covid 19? Even if it was associated with dexamethasone? Not sure of any relevance. Unless someone can enlighten?
"Targeting acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (T-ALL) and other cancers
Initial studies to investigate the potential of several of Sareum's lead TYK2 inhibitors to treat T-ALL have demonstrated good efficacy in disease models of T-ALL, both as a single agent and in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy.
Dose dependency and additive efficacy was observed in preclinical T-ALL models when a Sareum TYK2 inhibitor was used in combination with dexamethasone, a standard-of-care rescue therapy for refractory or resistant T-ALL patients. The Sareum compound as single agent was well tolerated and there was no change in tolerability when combined with dexamethasone."
"The Agreement is now subject to consideration by the Court and the Intervenor, and normal procedures for approval, like public notice, which the Company expects to conclude in the first half of 2019" So still need to wait.
Long way to go on this until possible drug approval, no guarantee of successful launch. But buy if the risk is worth it - that's what AIM is after all.
