Going back to the other week when it was 9 mill (buys ) to 1.5 mill ( sells ) I’m guessing the lse had the buys and sells not right ?
Seen no trade at all to say why that was that day ?

That will be the pre market 1.30 but what I don’t know is why do people say wait to the US market opens ? They don’t need to market open to buy in ?

People who know more ( everyone ) if this gets to 1.6 could we have a placing happening for the funding ?

Mr. Gareth Hywel Jones has been an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Tissue Regenix Group plc since August 1, 2019 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He has been Company Secretary of Tissue Regenix Group plc since November 30, 2018. He has been Chief Financial Officer at Tissue Regenix Group plc since November 30, 2018 until August 28, 2019 and and Executive Director since October 29, 2018. He served as the Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer of Applied Graphene Materials plc from April 25, 2017 to June 29, 2018 and also served its Executive Director from April 04, 2017 to October 29, 2018. Mr. Jones served as Commercial Director of Vireol Bio-Industries plc. from October 2006 to September 2013. Prior to this, he spent seven years as Finance Director of private equity backed start-up, Vireol Bio-Industries plc, which was seeking funding to design, construct and operate a bioethanol process facility. During his time with Vireol Bio-Industries, Mr. Jones played a key role in securing equity investment and financing for the business. Following a year with the British Printing Company, Mr. Jones joined Syltone plc as Group Accountant and shortly afterwards in 1996, he served as Finance Director of Emco Wheaton from September 2013 to March 2017. In recent years, he has worked for the Emco Wheaton Division of private equity owned Gardner Denver Inc., the global provider of industrial equipment, technologies and services, where he joined as Finance Director in 2013. From 1995 to 2006, he was employed by Syltone plc, in various roles, including Divisional Finance Director and Group Financial Controller. In 2004, following the acquisition of Syltone plc by US listed company Gardner Denver Inc and served as Director of Gardner Denver Group Services Limited. He serves as Director of Applied Graphene Materials UK Limited. Mr. Jones was appointed to the post of European Finance Director and Finance Director for the Blower Division. Deals underscore demand for Company's product portfolio
Leeds, 11 May 2020 - Tissue Regenix Group (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or the "Group" or "Company"), a leading regenerative medicine company, is pleased to announce that it has entered a new strategic collaboration for white label manufacturing with a leading top 10 global healthcare company bringing to market a newly developed product line.
The manufacturing agreement follows collaboration between the R&D teams of both companies to develop a new product using one of the Group's proprietary technology platforms to address orthopaedic soft tissue repairs. Processing for the product has begun, and initial orders have been received. Over the next two years, it is expected that the product will make a material contribution to the Group's top line revenue growth. This new product line is complimentary to the other soft tissue products processed at the San Antonio facility, and due to operational efficiencies implemented, it is not expected that there will be any impact on the current processing levels of other product lines.
In addition, during Q1 2020, the Group signed further distribution agreements with a number of selected partners to expand the market penetration of its AmnioWorks®, Matrix OI®, and DentalFix® brands in areas such as ocular, spinal, and dental, where there is increasing demand for the differentiated product lines. To minimise capacity constraints at the San Antonio facility, the recent distribution agreements target products and therapeutic areas which are complementary to current processing activities and diversify the Group's sales portfolio.
