The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Hypermarlin - We sound very much on the same page. Good luck to you. Have a great Christmas.
Jh2704 - We would all love to be sitting here with the SP at 68p waiting for the news to arrive. But this is AIM. My guess is we may still see 46p this week, just to sacre a few more out of their shares.
But it will turn quick and this SP will be a distant memory soon enough. I was in Cine when it went from 65p to 18p. Now that was more than a bit worrying. I have not felt that at all with ODX. If Colin was not giving information out I would be but he has told us all what we need to know. We just need to listen. If you don't believe him sell up. Quite simple.
Investing in shares is just another form of gambling at the end of the day but come on guys and girls surely it is some kind of investment that must be looked at over a sustained period of time having done your research in the company you have invested in.
Colin has said all that can be said so far on developments. There are no indications anything is wrong. He has put more some of his own money in at 53p. Some say only £20k but when was £20k an insignificant amount of money and lets be honest having put that in when as a Director is it a good time to ever sell so I guess that will be tied up for a few years yet.
I would say the majority here have invested since March/April I know some will have been longer but come on turn off the PC have a look what the SP is April 1st 2021, I think you will not be disappointed.
Its not the casino. The odds are much better for success but you have to give these guys time to produce and sell what they are manufacturing.
KTF one and all. Your only problem will be when to sell, so start seriously thinking about that. 85p, £1, £1.50. It sounds easy today but when this starts to go it will not be easy so have a plan. Remember you didn’t sell last time at £1.20 so why will you press the button this time when the outlook will look so much better.
My plan is de-risk at £1.50 and leave the rest for 12 months.
Good luck one and all. Set a an alert for 60p and wait for your phone to buzz. If not you will drive yourself barmy.
Have a good rest of the week. Come on ODX…
There is very little volume. Most people sitting tight now till the news drops. They will take this into the mid to high 40s to scare a few out. Be prepared and do not be shocked by it. If you have funds add if not just sit tight and wait. It's coming and it won't be long now. Come on ODX.....
I bought Friday in case any news dropped Monday morning. Without news in the next couple of days this will no doubt go to high 40s once more to test the impatient.
But when it decides to go north I believe it will move very fast.
I bought more at 54.8 today so expected a lower finish. I have that affect a lot.
But I’m going to have faith and say a 57p finish. My average is now 57p so that would keep the misses happy for the weekend.
Hi All
I didn’t post when I got out on the last spike at 65p which was break even for me. I just couldn’t not take it having watched that investment fall all the way down to 18p. It did then keep retracing back to the 40s so I actually felt a huge sigh of relief for once.
I’m knees deep in a COVID share now and if it comes good I will be back to put some in here for the long run.
So pleased for all the LTHs who kept the faith and still do. You deserve your success which will only get better from here.
Have a good Christmas one an all. Roll on Bond in the cinemas come April. I can’t wait for that.
All I know is I have another few grand waiting to top up in my ISA and now the boom and you can't buy merchants are about I have a feeling I will get in lower than SP today. I have no worries with this going up and up but next entry is the last so might just see 48/50p tomorrow.. That will be me done than. Sit back and pray we all have this right...... KTF..
P.S You can buy 54.2p at the minute so do not listen to you can't buy muppets.
"I'd be surprised if a patient was sent a test like this by an NHS provider, prior to admission. In fact, I'm so surprised I'm calling bullsh*t."
That's one way of putting it & may I add, I could not have put it better :}
Next week will be ODX's time to shine...
I tried for 15 minutes to get in at 52-59p. Eventually got some at 59p. Well done for anyone who got under that but could not have been many available. Onwards and upwards. Testing is here for a long time yet. We haven’t even started yet let’s be honest. I am in Cineworld 50% up today and no sign of opening soon. Crazy world ....

Happy Days. Come on ODX

I would be really good at shorting to be honest but I have never done it. I had a share called WTI once that i watched go from 12p all the way out of business. Never again on AIM I said after that, stick to solid companies like Cineworld. Then it looked like I had given them the kiss of death. Oh well I am sure I am due a good one. If not I will have to sell my Cincinnati Kid poster. What a film that was. "Your good kid.........
Bought at 64p. It went down everyday since I bought : } I tend to have that effect on shares.
Nice to see it recovering. Hopefylly 64p will look very cheap by Xmas.
Need a few more than 4 trades a day though to shift this. Hopefully its back in vogue very soon. Average 19p so mid 20s would be a nice tick up.
I have an average of 64p here, so I am happy with the position I am in at the present time.
Just for general info a friend who loves the cinema more than anything else went to see The Empire Strikes Back last night. He said there were 3 other people in total in there and there was no request to wear a mask. Seats had crosses on where you could not sit, not that this was an issue last night. Granted the weather was good yesterday and to be honest I didn’t know cinemas were back open yet, but I guess until they release new movies to see they won’t get too many punters back to watch old movies.
Hoping by end of August when we see some big films released like Tenet and hopefully Bond in December this will bounce back to former glories. We all know this can rise very quickly on any Gilmour of good news.
Keep Safe and be patient. At least it’s not an AIM share.
Sorry to all the long term holders. To think I had 16K looking at me a few months back and got very greed. A harsh lesson learned. Still as long as you have your health, its only money. Now to tell the wife..............
2 £3.4 mil sells gone through. Someoe had enough. Bit early in my opinion but what do i know.
