Transaction Terms
As previously reported on 20 September 2019, the consideration for acquiring the 51% interest in the aforementioned projects shall be as follows:
· 200,000,000 UFO shares issued at a Deemed Issue Price of 0.11p;
· 66,666,666 share purchase warrants, exercisable at an 80% premium to the Deemed Issue Price;
· £100,000 payable 12 months from Completion of the acquisition;
· 100,000,000 performance shares, to be issued at the Deemed Issue Price in two tranches upon achievement of the following performance hurdles:
o 10,000,000 tonne JORC inferred resource at greater than 54% Fe (Hurdle 1); and
o 20,000,0000 tonne JORC inferred resource at greater than 54% Fe (Hurdle 2).

Following the exercise of the option, Alien will be required to maintain the licenses in good standing and sole-fund the first two years of minimum commitments, estimated at A$45,000; thereafter, the parties will fund pro-rata to their respective interests.

I have witnessed so many aim company's
where people get so excited at this company being the next big thing.
Then suddenly a problem occurs. A Partner pulls out, the oil recoverable is much less than
expected or the money runs out and a placing ( much lower sp ) is needed.
Too many on here are budding Del Boys, this time next year I will be a millionaire fantasists.

So where is this so called multi bagging of the share price.

Told you the SP would drop back.
Not good.
Some on here thinks the SP is rocketing and
the future is great.

Just over 1.5 million share bought today, hardly earth shattering.
Will drop back later today or tomorrow.

If the Directors start buy a substantial amount of shares.
Ask yourself why.
They will know if really good news is coming.
So they buy in LOW and sell on a spike.
At the moment no Director deals, tells me they lack confidence in the company and SP.

No director share buys is a good indication of a company's direction/ prospects.
A good friend a while back who deals in shares and who has made good money, told me when you see directors buying
lots of shares and it's recent, then that is a good indicator.
At the moment I see no Director Deals.
Not looking good is it?
