Hey HITS,

I thought one of the things that was an issue is the lack of details and knowledge the company has given on the refinancing? Now you seem to know it all? Surely any commercial lender is there to make money, that’s a given. Are Trafigura a bad lender? Well Star Energy also did a deal with them around the same time so I guess they are alright given the other options. It can’t be everything Angus do can be crabbed, or is it your motivation to damage this stock is more than just an old gripe of loss?

It might be interesting if as previously mentioned the same entities had been shorting the stock? Definitely been a pattern of the business being sold down on every positive news since the sidetrack.

Not much to see on this other than stable, steady and safe production. Disappointing to see little progress on GT in Croatia. Encouraging though to see savings efforts to reduce loss. Any thoughts from anyone else?

Not to wish to hijack Mirasol's Recent Production thread as the DR's try to do every time, I suggest an alternative thread to discuss Trafigura's complete support to Angus in its future and fully supporting new projects?!

We will see OP, the team now are far more advanced in terms of drilling experience and with lots of fresh data I’d expected much faster and cost-effective new drills - Of course subject to the booster compressor scheduled later in the year will improve output to cover all cost along with funds and cash flow. Company in good shape for a decent future.

I agree with you on the simplicity approach but I can’t see people willing to make such a loss and I don’t think it’s any secret cabal. I’m sure it will all rinse through in the wash and I’m not too long it will become apparent. However, it’s my own view and again my own risk as this business at this level has huge potential upside. Time will tell and as time moves on the hedges reduce increasing long term value. Yes it has been low for a long time but one decent buyer and not a lot of funds could change that quickly. GLA

Don't get me wrong though as I am no pom-pom waver as the board and previous boards have a lot to answer to. Im sure you agree that many who de-ramp have agendas and some are obsessive in doing so.

There is clearly a sustained managed seller and you only have to look at trading on RNS days, most of which are positive. Add those days figures into those strange huge volume days and that gives a different pattern. So whilst I agree it what you say the wider picture is different and points to managed erosion of the SP from a high-level holder. I am confident this stock is significantly and unfairly undervalued yet whilst the sentiment is way adrift this holder/holders have an agenda. Perhaps a large SH with intentions to buyout at a significantly undervalued price or as recently declared perhaps a party with knowledge of a merger looking for the same low entry. Whilst EBITDA assessments and guesstimates one method of valuation, you cannot take away from this business the following. Asset value of equipment. Asset value of land and CPR from those. Flow and demonstrated success of regular production. Tax losses. Cash flow / earnings. License values. Storage potential and value of that. Etc etc. These far outweigh the current MC. In short I expect the selling is to keep this value pinned down. Interested if you think similar or of these are all just retail sellers taking a hit? If you want my honest opinion I have only my thoughts it is purposely being held back with these patterns compounded by poor market conditions.

Agreed on the new offtake replacement of hedges but refer to the lack of detail around those.

RTXD, that’s just the thing - most de-rampers don’t speak the truth…. I also agree with you that the company does have a lot to answer to. Albeit, I also think they are considerably devalued and the trading patterns and sustained volume seller is somewhat dubious. Many of the de-rampers, (HITS excluded as I’ve said before speaks a lot of sense and still has axe to grind, which I totally) refer to production and reservoir reserves that they know little about other than their interpretation with agenda. The others quote with a finger in the wind around old hedge agreements that have been superseded and undeclared. As I stated in my first comment on the thread, with an air of positivity they come out in force. I can only surmise what circus you are from. Nice this thread is highlighting this blight for newcomer investors. GLA

Hey BP, I’m not looking to average down any more as I’m happy with my investment. When the inevitable tide does turn though I will certainly be taking full advantage and buying more. Whilst I’m confident in the business and its management I also need to see the BOD put something more on the table, which I feel isn’t too far away. GLA

Hey BP, it’s not me who has many aliases, for that as you also know is a look in the mirror. Perhaps your obsessive nature is now getting you paid to de-ramp. It must be pay per word looking at the rate of sh*t your well can flow! GLA and beware of these people….

Another one to look out for in the same category of de-ramping, bitter unfortunately from past investments, HITS. Albeit, despite being of the same ILK as BP speaks a lot of sense in holding the business to account. However also not as obsessive but either paid up or with nothing better to do all day!

Today heralded the same as all other positive RNS days since sidetrack. A managed decline from proxy sellers who are equally desperate to keep this stock devalued. Got to ask why? They definitely have a planned agenda- this is certainly not retail investors selling at a loss. As the sensible (HITS) de-rampers know! GLA

BP, good to hear there is a distant possibility you may re-enter and your de-ramps are clearly purposeful! FACT in your head is clearly not ACTUAL FACT though, it is over-dramatised nonsense. I am certainly not the LSE police, it doesn't need me to tell you what to write. I am simply making an observation on how I see yours, and others, obsessive nature with this stock. Your own comments and desperate de-ramping is far more embarrassing to you and demonstrative to others of your nature - I merely aim to highlight that to newcomers looking for a quick evaluation in calling you out.
