As you would also clearly understand, with the addition of velocity strings (perhaps a £3-400k work-over for all wells at a a guess?) to work in a more harmonious fashion with the new SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED booster compressor, this could see up to a 100% + increase in the production figures currently, perhaps even more. That update on a return to market with the expected revised and re-modelled CPR that is being worked on could not only give a significant boost to revenues, but also a clearer timeline for Trafigura and the storage equity of Salfleetby to be agreed. This I fear could be the transformational change that you and many others spend endless hours on here bringing this stock down? For the faithful, the fundamental asset and license value for this outfit are in circa £100 million with the addition of permissions granted for Lidsey, Brockham and what could be a leviathan Balcombe subject to having funds and agreement from partners to progress. Could be a very interesting future. Not looking for a row, just stating a few principle facts for balance! GLA

I agree BP and had my questions - this next accounting should cover most of this and give a better indication of those fund uses. Maybe some of that is being used here for the RTO? Lots for the board to answer to for sure.

I do hope this turns out to be a positive driver of the SP and beneficial to long suffering holders, given the fundamentals of the business. A bad deal in terms of all the positives for the business at this stage would be unforgivable. I hope the board have their morals in the right place given their backgrounds in the industry. It has definitely brought a more united front of doom-mongers and naysayers, never seen them at this level before. New lows on all counts I suppose? Will they hold their hands up if it turns out to be positive? I doubt it, they didn't when the sidetrack was successful, just clammed up for a while! GLA

Hello HITS, thank you, and to you too! Well, I can't really argue with you on your point. Even the BoD of the past would commend the current crew in their ability to decimate the SP given the positives and the assets and production they have! It's almost like the old BoD were told to hold the new BoDs beer! if I was one of them with the highly esteemed careers and doing this to an AIM stock with so much potential I would perhaps hang my head in some shame. Albeit it's perhaps an act? Regardless of the death spiral in the SP the fundamentals are there and all the projects seem to be as planned albeit with the ever present delays.

What does bemuse me though is the reluctance to update on the significant positives they have with storages MOU, Balcombe appeal, Brockham planning - water Lidsey, etc etc? Very poor given the decimated SP and disproportionate market cap to owned asset. I know your no pompom waver for this lot but very knowledgable all the same, from your view, what do you see as the way forwards and what the value of debt is left to Forum and how will that play out? I must admit, I am glad Herbert isn't in charge of my oxygen supply, albeit it felt like it earlier this week when the MM's had poke about with the spread!

Surely they must be in a decent bank position with current revenues from production? They also have a clear insight to the reasons and returns any work-over may need and the RNS is positive in that sense about production and the field itself.

Mirasol, just to give you an idea on Quadrilla and the money they are happy to support exploration. I think they have a loss on fracking in the UK market of about £150m AUS dollars. I think this demonstrates they are not shy of investment. A million quid on a potential gusher to them is an eye-bath.

I think if I’m not mistaken the cost of acquisition to Angus alone on the Balcombe site and licence is somewhere in the region of £5 million ( I’m sure someone will correct me). I know you guys like to play every development down on this and other similar oilers but Balcombe has amazing potential and I’m sure you will likely hear the plans in the coming months. It will be interesting to see what the next few weeks brings. Bearing in mind the last time the test flowed it reached over £0.40p per share. Granted, with a much lower allocation of shares but a much bigger MC.

Excellent insight BP. Great summary and explanation, I totally agree in terms of production increase once built-up liquids are free. I hope we will see the gradual increase over the coming weeks and longer term VS's will take this further. From a further development perspective it is critical in valuing storage potential or hydrogen mix site for future industry changes to understand capability to make the strategy so I am confident of many more developments. I am sure given an already 15-18% production increase that this (large cost/ticket item) has been a worthwhile investment and appears to have hit at a critical time. As always, your insight is highly valued and your time appreciated. GLA and Happy Easter. Let's hope Angus also has a re-birth from next week!

Definitely in the realms of craziness at this level. £8.93m MC on ADVFN today and about to get paid almost that from a site sale. Asset value, accrued losses, kit, volume and throughput, regardless of the GT opportunities make this a stock pushed to a level for a reason. No promoting of anything by a stagnant bod, little explanation for excessive spending without ample reporting to the market. All adds to the fact that this will one day hit a significantly higher level without warning.
