I've been in and out of here a few times over the years. Whilst there has been some bad luck, I think it's hasty to make accusations of 'incompetence'. The crews who manage these fracks in the US are very experienced these days as the industry is mature, and the science around the data and the actual well work has advanced rapidly in the last decade. But things still go wrong, and it's all-too-easy to shout 'incompetence' without being appraised of all of the details. These are complex operations and things go wrong for anyone. I see no reason to project that forward to future operations unnecessarily, even if Pantheon have had some rotten luck thus far.

Do not click that link! 'Simply Wall St' is a spam site, the articles are generated by algorithms to grab clicks and push ads. They automatically create articles on all stocks and are riddled with mistakes. Their 'ownership structure' articles, for instance, always count nominee accounts as institutional investors (i.e. your broker is counted as an II even though the shares are actually yours). This is typical of the kind of mistakes they make. Every time you click on their articles you give them more ad revenue. There are hundreds of identical websites doing the same, all apparently owned by the same body somewhere. You'll see them for every share.

Some big bed-and-ISA matched trades late in the day, at agreed broker prices. This makes it seem like the SP lowered, but shouldn't have any effect going forward on regular trades. Typical first day of ISA year stuff.

Oh and also, as I said before - this is time-sensitive, Babis doesn't benefit from stalling this project, the lithium boom would leave the CZ behind and he's a business-oriented politician. In any case there is pressure from other parts of the CR political establishment and some from the public to get this going. How would this fantasy 'stalling' achieve anything of value for anybody concerned? It's all nonsense.

How exactly do the people claiming this believe Babis will 'obstruct' or 'delay' EMH's progress? By insisting that every agency and department involved in the permissions chain simply refuse without grounds? The president does not have that authority nor any recourse if a department ignored what would constitute extra-legal advice or 'nudges'. And if this conspiracy theory started emerging (it won't), there would be a fine case for the European courts. If EMH abide by the correct regulations, and are still denied vital signatures on the way to mining, their legally enshrined right to mine Cinovec is being threatened and that goes straight back to arbitration. It was a very vague post and I'm amazed Robin calls it 'excellent'. It was just a conspiracy theory without any specific detail or detailed reasoning.

Mercman - it depends on if its a delay in trades or delayed *reporting* of trades. It can take time to fill orders, and some brokers are sloppy on reporting. In general there is a shortage of shares available for trading here, for sure. Anyone who has tried to buy or sell a substantial number at once can bear witness to that. The shares are majority held by BoD and II's, so the pool being traded by PI's is small and volatile. Typical of AIM shares, but especially ones with high degrees of BoD and institutional ownership.

I sold out because I thought it would go lower, which it did. The fundamentals indeed got better, not worse, but the market isn't always rational!That's half of this game really - it's not enough to just understand how to assess a company's fundamental value - one also has to become better at predicting market behaviour, in all its emotive, irrational, messy reality. Anyway, looking robust from here and new, lucrative Google Play routes should be revealed soon, along with the usual expectation of new customers throughout the year. I was very pleased to get in this low.

Ah well that's different Riddlers, if an instant electronic trade is delayed in its reporting that's different from a delayed trade! That'll just be slow data relay from certain systems. Wouldn't call yours a significant delay.

It's typical of low liquidity stocks, sometimes takes time to fill orders even at agreed prices. Also a significant majority of the shares here are held by institutions and high-level PIs using brokers. When deals are done by brokers (on the phone to market makers, as opposed to electronically with instant execution), sometimes the reporting isn't as instantaneous, because humans!

Just to say, the new ISA allowance technically starts today, but most people's new ISA accounts for this tax year won't be immediately available (admin delay, transfers from old ISAs etc can all affect it). I'd expect a gradual pick up in volumes across equities through the next few weeks. I do expect to see some large buy-sell pairs as people move shares into their new ISAs for this year. In the case of moving funds from regular accounts to ISAs, this can be up to �20k, but in the case of intra-ISA transfers there is no limit, though normally these are transferred between platforms without the need to sell and buy back the shares.

Babis is a businessman, and the time-sensitive nature of lithium production is well-known in the CR now. Additionally, since EMH have the legal right to mine Cinovec, I'm unclear on any legal basis for holding back permission to do so. As long as the CR holds no plans to secede from the EU, there are protections here, along with the obvious economic incentive for the CR to see the project go ahead.

Hello all, hope those I used to know here are all well! I sold out a few months ago and watched this from the sidelines, not because I lost enthusiasm for the company but because strategic review results didn't arrive when I expected and I feared the price would slip. Sadly it indeed has done. However, I still expect some corporate action to come here, and I had mentally pencilled-in this new tax year for it, so I'm now back in. I've noticed a bit of renewed interest about for this stock and one has to wonder. Simon Thompson has a relationship with Toby to some degree and still talks about the possibility of a takeover quite often in the comments section below his articles (as recently as a few weeks ago).

Hello LTHs! Been out for a few months, I bought back in this week as I'm finally fairly confident the bottom was reached here. I sold out on the day of the Audiens acquisition as, though personally I had no problem with it, the price was sitting at a solid premium in a nervous market and AIM hates placings. It was clear which way the SP was heading, sadly. Happy to be back as I've always liked this company and see no reason it shouldn't return to where the SP was before, and beyond it in due course as new routes are added and revenues increase. Ultimately the direction of travel here is clear, with static costs and exponential growth in revenues, and I liked the sound of Simon Thompson's last phonecall with Ray Anderson talking about 'juicy' Google Play routes coming. I started monitoring at that point for a re-entry dip. Add in the new ISA allowances and the end of cryptocurrency madness with everyone selling shares to buy the latest fad coins, and I'd say Bango is well-positioned for a fruitful year ahead.

Indeed - and of all taxation systems. Why don't states always tax domestic-bound industry to death? There are many reasons!

I think Taufour is saying that the Czechs may choose to apply extraordinary taxation rates 'because they can'. The argument against this is that EMH can choose to sit on the license, or mine significantly less ore. The state needs the mine fully realised in order to get the largest overall tax take and benefit for the country. Additionally, there will be relevant EU law regarding punitive taxation that would apply.

If the government want to call the MOU invalid, then the company's 'generous' offer to keep all downstream processing in the country is as moot as the state's offers of cooperation. Without an agreement to reasonable terms, nothing is stopping EMH from processing and selling the lithium elsewhere. There's also the fact that the state will want to see the mine progressed, and since EMH have the legal right, they'll have to work with them. Being so obstructive that the mine doesn't end up reaching its full potential (e.g. taxing it to the point that they break the project economics) will lead to a stagnant mine for a number of years until the preferential mining rights expire. By that point it will be too late!

It could well happen! Last time there were around 20 days between placing shares clearing and first new investment. We've just entered that period now! So new ISA allowances could coincide with a new deal RNS or two, and/or news on Colter or the other H2 drills that are fast approaching. The rest of the year here will have huge newsflow.
