Cheers earache. As I recall from KC at the time, the low utilisation was with an eye to keeping initial capex requirements low. The idea was to scale the project up over time, the illustrative projections forward in PFS aren't to be read too literally. This again reminds us of the immensity of the resource here and how it has to be approached. Really won't be losing any sleep over a minority shareholders sending an angry letter.

The ramper for SAV below also mentions the 'supportive government' in Portugal. The only reason they have no risk of shenanigans is that operation isn't on the kind of scale of Cinovec is. The very fact that this attracted political attention should give people some idea of just how vast a resource we're talking about here.

I think there is still a lack of understanding among many investors of just how big the Cinovec resource is. It's so big that it can't all be exploited in one go - an entire industry is being created to harvest it (hence the political games that we had). It's so big that EMH can only start with a portion and keep going later, to prevent too much initial cost. This is on a totally different scale to SAV, yet the market cap is many times lower, principally due to political issues which strongly appear to now be ending.

Cinovec = 7mt Mina do Barroso = 149,300t They have higher concentration, but lower total amount. Also the key to Cinovec is and has always been the tin, which is significant and has a massive effect on the project economics. Additionally, someone will be able to correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the 7mt is only based on one area of the total zone that can be accessed in the fullness of time.

Absolutely. Especially when Cinovec is a vastly larger resource, and EMH holds rights to proportionately more of it. This is why so many of us have held on so long here. When it finally wakes up, this is a simply massive resource and the fact that it spent some time as a political football is testament to that fact. Now that is all clearing up, it's tantalising to think what is coming.

We could get an RNS soon with comments from the BoD, as this kind of 'activist shareholder' activity (hardly qualifies from somebody with barely over 1%, it's more 'commentary'!) normally warrants a formal reply. I think the BoD are doing a good job in the circumstances, and it doesn't take a genius to see why they have had to keep public statements to a minimum during this most tense period of political shenanigans. Given that has now ended, I expect to shortly hear a lot more, and Keith's interview last week was a great start. We're entering a rich news period as the project gets moving again. I do think Arca may have a point about Zinnwald, and possibly about relocating some parts of the business to the CR, which would appease politicians and citizens alike, but I don't have any strong feelings on that and I'm sure there are factual realities that would affect such a move that I cannot presently account for, so my opinion isn't very valid.

Just to add, the idea of strategic cooperation with the Zinnwald project seems like an excellent idea. I know there is history between EMH and Bacanora (and REM/Cadence), but numbers talk. Would be great to see the geographical proximity here used to our mutual advantage. I say this as a holder of EMH and BCN. If some elements of processing, infrastructure etc could be pooled, it could be win-win. I encourage anyone who hasn't to look at Cinovec and Zinnwald on a map together!

I think it's for show. They know they can't actually do anything with such a small holding, they just want to rattle sabers and encourage some movement. I should add that the very fact that we're having this kind of conversation is a very good sign to me. The conversations are now around development and the future of EMH, not the political stuff and 'arbitration' etc. We're moving at a lick now and things are about to get very real. I have just topped up a smidge at 21.25 which is a steal.

The key with Cinovec has always been the additional, substantial amounts of tin which changes the cost dynamics. Adding to this the recoveries from mica are improving with the current work being done. This is the essence of the play here.

Did you not actually listen to it Sambora? Keith talks exactly about the reason the formal DFS is starting now and indeed later than originally planned. Part of his reason is that the political situation appears sorted. This is great news. Meanwhile I think you're over-reading the semantic difference between 'lower half' and 'one of the lowest', this is just getting silly! I also note the need for samples is because 'potential end users' are asking. Through all this political turmoil, they have not been sitting still, and 'doing work that contributes to the DFS'.
