I understand where you are coming from but even DP yesterday admitted venture funds selling shares into market and he admitted he did not want it to continue. There is a reason why we are held at 1.4, same as placing price, because upwards pressure is being sold into by someone.

When you throw in Pitcole and Altair and other venture funding its a lot of peeps selling into news. 60m shares will take some time to get through, and not to forget the 2m for advisors. DP knows precisely what he has done as he basically admitted it yesterday. Question is can market believe a word he says as this £850k was basically, as he told it, a random call on a friday night :)

Is there a chicken and egg scenario here? My understanding bank had not signed off bank debt as they want to see early works. Early works i believe includes resettlement but this costs Kefi a lot of money. Will investors be willing to invest cash to do this without bank sign off? I thought equity investor agreement included bank debt sign off? Or does Kefi need to pay all of this upftont? All coming together but had been classic Harry adding to his list of jobs before we build mine T the 11th hour. He is past master of this but was not clear to lohgistics on this “early works” as resetllement is not simple i suspect.

Just got to chomp through the 80m overhang from todays placing and if anyone can trust DP not to take another friday afternoon call for some cash and not take it we will see. As he has almost no stake in the company his pay will be salary and bonus so for him diluting has been for last 2 years coming thick and fast. Just not sure i believe that if Verde come back the table from some pending litigation we might see DP take the cash. I would like to see all investors block the board from further dilution and make sure Eqtec rebuild from sweat and hard graft than dilute and spray. Hoping next 6-12 months DP is blocked from friday calls for a quick cash raise as we can see today the whole thing is being dumped.

We have no idea who these investors are so we might see 80m shares being dumped onto the market and why we are pegged at 1.4. Could be here a long time and gonna need something decent to move it now if anyone sells into news.

DP was annoyed market cap was rising and he might not be able to load up himself with free share awards i suspect and wants to stop any momentum. Will DP ever stop diluting instead of managing costs and increasing shareholder value. Its a bit pathethic he needs to give away so much equity for a measly 850k to buy some unproven tech himself. Surely it is not a critical component as any buyer of Eqtec equipment could buy this as an extra. No need for is to commit to spending on this. Systematic of his destruction of shareholder value but at same time almost certainly the stock that could and should multiply 20x to get back to a half decent market cap, that we would have without dilutions.

In some ways this might ultimately draw a line under the disastrous inability of DP to cut costs and to do hid best to wipe out the entire shareholder base who investe £50m in Eqtec and many down 99%. . I really hope DP and chums do not before we reach 5p load up on free shares for themselves for their performance in terms of share price is catastrophic. For new shareholders this (as long as DP stops his games of diluting shareholders, could be the bargain of the century.

Does feel like advisors dumping shares to collect pay packets. Just need a few decent volume days and we should push back to .8. Second bank approval should do it and then when we get cash in the bank. Time is ticking and almost at the end of the month.

I am guessing we have 12m shares to buy at 1.6p as we are welded to this price currently. we need a lot more volume to break this but when it crumbles we should jump towards 4p quite rapidly.

Is it coincidence that Riverfort subscribed for 12,802,031 shares at an issue price of 1.562p per share and we are stuck at this level today? We should be at 5p or multiples of this but DP destroyed the chance for company to grow its market cap and if you think about it that is exactly what lenders want, meaning you need to constantly go back to these snakeoil lenders and pay the extortionate fees and issue free warrants. We still have pitcole and altair who cant dump shares until 30th June. is there hope they will not exit asap? its a travesty and is an amazing case study on how to destroy your companies market value while the underlying business is exceptional and frankly blows PHE into the long rough. However £80m vs £2.9m tells a different story. Hopefully end of year when all snakes are removed we can be a £20-£50m market company again. Fees alone for these lenders are more than the shares converted so even if they sell at a loss they are sti positive because of their fees and because it means eqtec can raise equity so always needs to pay more extortionate fees. Slowly but surely but will take time to get back to 10p+

Big issue is that our “strategic investors” can offload again after June 30th. They have been past masters of selling us into oblivion. I dont know if they are forced sellers but what is chance when they can sell shares they do? Key is getting rid of all these snakeoil investors in a clean sweep. All of DPs investors have totally trashed the stock price.

Phe now up to £82m market cap while Eqtec is £2m. Potential for Eqtec is huge with a number of steps coming go fruition over the coming months. We are currently in a no mans land as we do not have clarity of several factors. Fingers crossed we resolve a number of issues as investor appetite is out there should we do so. Personally i will not invest until i am fully comfortable board are on same page as pis, not planning any nefarious actions to take private and that projects and revenues are secure. Now we rely on 3rd parties we have to live at timeframe of partners but if idex is on track we have certainty of income and we also need to know stake in Northfork. So many unknowns today so currently a gamble until each step is made clear to pis. Will be watching closely.

The only significance is we know we are at the end of a long sale process. MC will surely be traveling regularly but he wanted shareholders to know he was in Nic this week and that he hopes to have an update soon. Because we are in final stages he can only be in Nic on sales business and we believe it is either Calibre or chinese who will buy or JV. I am sure a lot of Calibre including board members of Calibre are frequently in Nic and operationally will have a whole team there so could well be talking logistics for trucking ore and so on. Would be nice to see a sale or JV agreement in next few weeks.

Lets hope MC is finalising deal with Calibre who are in rude health closing in on $2bn valuation and probably getting close to $500m cash. We only need £100m to build mine and payback are current pog i think MC said 4 months? This way everyone benefits. I just cant see Jim selling the asset at a fair price now with gold where it is. I hope we agree a JV and benefit from serious gold upside. With a JV in place with a partner like Calibre we could be quickly a £300m market cap company or more given producers are all booming now. If we sell £150m now seems too low but its triple todays share price so i guess its a quick payback.

Hopefully not TW fees for his sterling support over the years :) Anyway we are under starters orders now waiting for the 2nd bank and equity investors to inject some cash. Getting closer by the day and crazy we are still st this ridiculous valuation but more for those who can see we are about to receive the final confirmations we need.

Got to be invested to ultimately benefit from share price when thr deal is announced. I do now see June as more lkely given MC is now in Nic working on the deal and although it could be signing a deal and released end of May i suspect it will be final issues and we drift into June. All very positive from last update and happy to hold while gold prices explode and Condor becomes a bargain for any producer. We are at least 50% cheaper as a result of producers rising faster than explorers so deal seems even more likely now.

Good to see we attempted to tickle .9p earlier. should break that resistance soon on the next wind. We now have president who has visited site and regional governments who have formally signed off so everyone is lining up nicely. All equity investors also signed off. Plenty of positives today and great opportunity at .8 to join the party once things start to motor over coming months. gla

Key is we are building up steam and everything is on track so hopefully we work towards 1p over coming week or so. I will wait for 2nd bank confirmation and equity investors inputing cash to hopefully then see better side of 2p. Copper prices are going higher and higher and our Hawiah asset will be eventually worth a fortune. Feeling very confident over next 18 months Kefi will be testing 4-5p and maybe more depending on progress. Very happy with how things are finally proceeding after too many false dawns.
