All i can say is we need to swallow the bitter pill and take opportunty to. I dont understand what is the status of the Italy refinance as i will be annoyed if that refinance happens next month for £5-10m and with our option to buy out partners we could not have steadied the ship without this placing at short notice and for maximum damage to companies credibility as it looked board were asleep and hit the wall. For last 6 months we have faced off a 600m share sell from Altair that pis mopped up only for Altair to be part of this placing at a lower price so begs question how much did Altair know about impending placing over a beer with DP? I remain committed strapped to the mast of this ship in serious waves and frustratingly bought shares pre placing due to “italy refinance” so lost but for others 20% below placing is not a bad place to be.

We are now down to “weeks” for regulatory clearance and into bank credit. For me this is a big step forward as long as it is 2-3 weeks but everything is moving forward and definitive agreements look almost their. All good to me. should see a steady rise today.

i agree FM should be looking at Condor and even though their share price dropped 22% today they are still valued at £1.12bn so if they offered an all share deal at £150m for Condor their paper would probably be worth something. Key for FM is to stop the rot from this bad news and quickest way is to double down, put a line under their disastrous purchase and make a play for Condor, as they already own a slice so there must be close connections. Lets hope they will table an offer, if they have not already.

You would think FM, with a decent stake already, should be throwing their hat into the ring as they could do with a gold mining asset. they invested at 50p a share so they valued Condor at more. Gven low market cap today they could just come in at 55p a share, even in paper and suspect they would get in front of the chinese who have already tabled an offer, that we must presume, at a similar level but directly for the asset. That would be over double todays price.

We should remind ourselves that lots of stuff has been going on as its been 2 months since any proper RNS. Technically a placing cannot happen unless other news is in public domain as otherwise what do directors look like if they raise at .6 and then another RNS comes out next day stating we are in credit for loan sign off. Basically they they cant do it in that order. They need to clear the airways of all news and then and only then can a placing happen. Secondly as have all warrants balanced at 1.6 needed for some equity so a placing would possibly blow that out of the water. Harry has also stated that short term loans are available and RAB are keen to play into that because they get 20% interest and own a massive stake so want to deliver as much as Harry. Anyway wtfdik but that seems logical order and if we held out this far whats another month as EG already said they would sort all the issues out so my hope and expectation is. Eqtec had £5m undrawn from the loan, they had refinance on the way from Italian MDC so they could have waited further into the year to do this? I wonder if DP will be explaining this as it seemed the timing was selected to trouser as many shares at these low levels. Now it is done the only upside is we can throw that money at the Croatian and French MDC and it was only around a 10% direct dilution and maybe 15% if the share price recovers. DP is certainly making it very hard for himself through this action today as it seems not required so early to the last RNS stating the refinance talks when he knew all along all of these placings. If i had some cash i would invest but sadly invested not so long ago what i had available. The board need to make it clear to investors this money will last them the year so pis can plan. The technology is real, the pipeline is real, the future potential is real but i feel the placing was not required based on their own numbers of £5m of loan not drawn down. So why do a placement of £3.5m?

Can TW even say news this week, if he did? I am expecting some kind of update in next 10 days as plenty has been going on. just need to see some forward momentum towards finish line for real.

Have to say this is poor as they sucked in investors on back of Italian news saying refinance was on the way and then wait a few days to drop this wiping 25% off. The direction of news was towards refinance and it put me at ease that they had enough before needing that and could borrow from existing resources so next stop looked to be .5 where maybe they could have raised. However DP and chums could not wait to do a raid on PIs and a discounted raise allowing all directors and friends of DP to convert “services” into shares and warrants and silly low price. So many people involved in this raise and i was surprised the share price moved so little on Italian news so go figure. The only positive is Eqtec is badly undervalued so share price will of course pass this by in a few weeks but this does leave a bad taste as i feel loans and refinance were possible if they really needed to. Of course we now have enough funds for rest of year and hopefully all loans will be paid and not converted at crazy low prices but sadly DP does appear to be looking after himself and friends and not looking out for pis. The company has amazing potential but i have seen boards before maximise their own wealth and not that of long term shareholders.

I think that is what you would call insider dealing, especially if they have signed an NDA. it would be different if a company came in and started to buy a stake in Condor. I think the shares are held so tightly that very few shares would be possible to be acquired in this way but someone could try and side step the asset sale and go in and make a 50p or 60p offer tomorrow and get in before the asset sale. Again it would need JM stamp of approval as he owns basically 30% but for some companies a share buyout might be quicker and easier as you could probably do all share offer if they were a decent sized mining operation and their paper was worth something. in this scenario they might be able to offer more than what they could offer in cash to buy the asset only.

Hope your not repeating that if and when we hit 50p :) as we bumped along at 16p for months and bidders were almost a certainty so this is hardly unexpected news so plenty of time to have stocked up. The next questions is what bidding we will see and where between $100-$200m and if we get more bidders in the meantime. We have 2 offers already and i feel more with enter the race as $2000 gold is a nice strategic reminder of the value of gold in times of uncertainty. for any metals miner looking for expansion this just seems perfectly teed up. News will slowly filter and in times of crisis Condor looks a safe parking place while banks etc all get smashed onto the rocks.

Nice and steady towards 30p. MMs definitely on the ropes filling an order. Should see more positive monentum and be interesting where we hold pending next news of binding offers or more bidders.

If we get to credit and that means EG done all their bits i am calling that job done as the biggest issue has been government and if we remove that we know we have long queue of investors wanting to wash money through Kefi and repatriate abroad. sure plenty of smaller steps but EG out of the mix of holdups is a Biggie.

Soon find out as results due out 29th March. I dont know how the loss making period will factor into our result as its final results to 31st December 2022 and stellar order book might not be showing fully until 2023 year but i am most interested in forward looking statements, state of share buy back and even a dividend but that seems unlikely but if they want to grow the market cap they need to start doing basics. Certainly feel we are due another double to get back to net assets. if they have cracked hydrogen storage, zeolite membrane and all other technical developments we are sitting on a rocketship if the duo care to climb aboard than get up to tricks with their mates again.

Certainly now one of longest periods without an update so if we are going to get news tues/wed is time to do it as gold miners are in the spotlight so kefi could make announcement on real progress could be very key time.

feels like 30-40 will be the holding position but if we get another bidder entering and we get rns will certainly help take us higher quicker. Strategically gold has never been more important. As you say we are back only to where we were before news so seems we have plenty left in the tank.

The value gap is closing as i am surprised we did not reach 30p+ last week but with bids probably double this and gold very strong its also important to look at Condor like a future gold vault as it will offer the buyer guaranteed profits of several billion over next 10-20 years. When you look at the DCF of that in light of impending implosion of more banks over coming weeks gold is probably going to be only value left as Bitcoin largely has fallen as a credible store of value, not least you cant probably get your money out of bitcoin as more and more banks stop payments. Condor is finally waking up and investors with we sell, jv or build will be lining up. Strong week ahead for Condor.

We have $2000 gold, we have 2.4m ounces of gold, we have one of the only ready to build mines of this scale in the world for sale, we have 2 offers and maybe a few more incoming. There is a good chance of doubling your money in the next 4 weeks. Tomorrow i suspect we will see steady movement north as we are still incredibly cheap. Plenty of options.
