Cadence Minerals (AIM/NEX: KDNC; OTC: KDNCY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a conditional Heads of Terms with Premier African Minerals Limited (Premier) to earn up to 30% directly into the Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project ("Zulu" or "Zulu Project") in Zimbabwe by investing up to US$5.1M. This investment will fully fund the Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS") of the Zulu Project, which in November 2017 reported a scoping study with a lithium concentrate net present value ("NPV") of US$127M and a lithium carbonate NPV of US$718M.

I don’t think they particularly need the money, although it’s a nice to have. I think it’s purely about the guys taking shares at great value when they know it’s going to go on leaps and bounds. And as you say won’t be at all surprised if we start getting a tonne of news flow now they have there shares at at a low! Bit cheeky and a tad greedy on their part but at least there is much to hold this back now! And at 6.5m ebitda we should be sat at a valuation of around 65m million on a x10 multiple (minus the debt so call it 55) that’s still standard market valuation of 30p+ without anything thrown in for future growth. Beggars belief really that we are at this price. SL

Yes I see this as a huge positive. However it’s been kept low it’s been suppressed for sometime and they wouldn’t want to all jump in at 6.5 if they felt they wouldn’t be heavily in the black relatively soon. It’s hardly any discount to current market price. Sustained rises now I suspect and 15p at the latest by the end of the summer. How can the market ignore guidance that puts ebitda at more than half the current market cap? Value investors will be all over this with that confirmed and I suspect that it will be beaten to add a further boost. Spurs - get averaging down lad, this is real my good man. SL
