I think the fact that we are making money now should mean dilution is a distant memory. Unless we want to acquire something value acredative, I’d certainly be in favour of that. Also, if we get a good deal on the debt restructure, it may include an additional facitly to borrow in this case rather than the prospect of any further dilution. SL

Diggit I’d suggest that announce such a jump in margin and and eps of up to 3p with a PE of 1.5 is more than ‘nice and steady’ its amazing! Nomad will come and debt wouldn’t have been mentioned if it wasn’t imminent. Crazy crazy sp. and I know that said often about many shares but it’s usually it’s rare when an aim company is actually making profit that should provide a much purer valuation, real metrics to properly value the business. Which at at PE of a crappy 8 (for a growing business) should be 25p. SL

Ian Those points apply every time any aim stock has a good RNS. They try to spread doubt and only the weak or novices take any notice. You can add lonely to that list, I’m sure a few posters just want to cause trouble to feel like they mean something to people. Sad really. After years on these boards I’m really just tired of it and tend to ignore. SL

Yep And with a growing business comes debt. It’s the reality of business not a ‘problem’. The only problem is the interest rate. And as you say we have a growing asset base, it’s not just disappearing into operational costs. Our debts are higher than our market cap, but so is the value of our assets which cancels it out somewhat. I’ve worked in a thriving business with a 9bn mc and 6bn debt, but it certainly wouldn’t have grown to the size it is today without the financing. SL

Exactly Jimzi. Sign of a great business if you can borrow and not issue shares continuously. Mrs would be better placed on the main market, we are not a typical AIM company anymore. SL

Hence why the price isn’t rising, in this day and age people buy and sell within minutes sometimes at a loss if the price hasn’t risen! No patience to wait for the prize. SL

Changing the thread header as the 250% one is not doing us any favours! It is clear that we are reducing our debt overall whilst investing in the business heavily at the same time. How many companies can say that? Even in the ftse 100! Debt is a part of any growing business and it’s not something to overly worry about, it’s not excessive and it will be reduced rapidly once the interest level is sorted. We have 2 issues to sort out, the refinancing and nomad. From the various hints today I’d suggest both will be concluded sharpish. Seller stops and it really is a trigger moment for consistent gains and an sp more attuned to this excellent business. I honestly see the current sp as a gift that many will look back at within 2019 and kick themselves for not taking advantage. SL

I’m not sure that’s a reason for them to hold at this price. It’s been anywhere between here and 12p since the annocement. Just need some news though your right to spark interest and to prove NM are serious about realising value here quickly.
