It’s a farce. I’ve a few k in here at a much higher price and this has really annoyed me. The Friday night thing for one but as you say what is it for and what amount are they after!! Load of absolute rubbish. Guarantee it will be around .3 if not lower on Monday and drop all week. Can’t wait to see the take up, bet it’s tiny. 9 out of 10 raises you end up being able to buy cheaper on the open market. Once expected a lot from col but this is nonsense and smacks of desperation. Will dip to or below 0.3 on Monday, happens every time, so no point buying on primarybid. Basically current holders (or which I’m one) have have just been f@cke). Will probably end up in the low 20s before well is out. Nice RNS for close Friday. SL

Exactly Ian, it’s all value acredative in the long run which is a bloody good scenrio in my book. Trolls are trolls whether they think they have knowledge or not. The more elequent might be better able to fool certain people however. Long and strong here for the next 12 months minimum. SL

Master - your point is valid although no one could have forecast this sp. Regarding debt, I’ve also been in the game a long time and seen the opposite and worked in business that have thrived with a lot higher relative debt than this. In relality, our debt isn’t that high, and more importantly it’s servicable. Most would rather we borrowed than diluted shareholders. Most AIM companies would rather do this but don’t have the option. Admittedly our interest rates are too high, but this will be sorted. SL

Yeah this really is baseline, 8s are nothing. My first purchases were at 28!! Although I did pick some up at 3 too. SL

It’s also a question of traders v investors. Buying now and at 20p you could well be getting 20% of your intial investment as a dividend when it’s reinstated.. and it will be once debt is lower. SL

Many people bought higher than that price so you might get a few however new investors will come in to. 8.5 is less than 3 PE so why sell?? That’s tiny. I might derisk at 15p a little. SL

Are you sure you didn’t sell out in the low 4s?

Green hills since I’ve been back posting you have completely turned on Mrs from a very positive stance now making everything into a negative. Does the fact we are at less then 2 PE not spark your interest? We are at the foothills of a huge rerate here as one or 2 pieces of the jigsaw finally slot into place. Regarding resolution 4, it is pretty normal to stick these things into an Agm for head room etc..they don’t have to be actioned. Either way we are are safe from dilution which we shouldn’t need anyway with cash flow. SL

You might be joking but it does happen. A few buys in small caps often does it! I just think we are at the foothills of something here, and basically at the price NM paid it does seem a no brainier. If it’s good enough for them it’s good enough for me! SL
