I’ve only got a few in here that I bought around this price after the 10p placing. This just shows how manipulated AIM is that it’s now fallen below that price on news of a discovery. You really can’t use basic principles of value in AIM anymore, it’s pathetic. SL

In terms of ‘shareholders would see none of the benefits and the management would profit instead.’ not sure that’s corrrect. We would still get dividends and you could still sell your sells (privately of course). What benefits do we have now! if it were private management would have a much closer relationship with shareholders as we would be the ones who put them in their roles. Privately we would in affect control the company.

Either way they would need shareholders vote to take it private and an egm. It’s not for management to decide. It would need shareholder approval and it would never happen. Alternatively a sale would also mean it was taken ‘private’, ie we are purchased and taken off the exchange, this is what I meant. SL

The theories on here are unbelievable sometimes! Who has ever mentioned they want to take this private? And to do that you also need a buyer. I really don’t think the employees who paid 6.5 a month or 2 ago would be 2 happy if they didn’t get a substantial return, they would also proabaly strike and the new owners would need workers. We would need to be paid fair value to take it private 25-30p. They can’t cancel your shares! It would be a long drawn out process which would need to be voted on by shareholders!

Your right about the not being sexy. Most punters chasing the big thrill of a gusher or a piece of gold the size of a car, I do it myself. Buffet never did though remember that, and he did ok. However, when a company is making actual profit it should naturally reach a price of certain mutiples to earnings. Anywhere between 6-25x. And even at 6 we are 15-20p. SL

Managed to get 2k though and offer jumps on the back of it.. really does show there is nothing out there. Don’t let your golden tickets out of your sight until at least 30-40p. And thats for those who want to get out early! SL
