The only bit that doesn’t add up is if he knows the flow rates and isn’t guessing again that means it must have been flowed and if so it would have been in an RNS and not dropped at a meeting. Is there no one else who frequents this board? SL

It’s amazing, that’s our current market cap in revenue a year roughly. Doesn’t need to be RNSed for this to jump big style in the morning if that news spreads! I nearly added another 100k on the bell today as well. Oh well, plenty in. Exciting times! SL

It’s what I said earlier, price sensitive info is supposed to be RNSed but CEOs often ignore that fact and blurt things out! Although it is after hours so no one can buy until the market opens, same for us all. If 1800bopd is the case it’s huge.. and If hes confirmed no placing again huge. Get tweeting people. Management have options at 20p, further dilution (unless hugely value accredative)would just push that further into the distance, so they will avoid at all costs unless it’s the only option IMO. SL

There was a positive comment that shareholders should do very well and he was surprised at the fact we are at 10p. Saying shareholders will have to pay for the development is misleading as, if you believe DS, he said he would look for alternative cash that means no dilution. We shall see if that comes to fruition or not. SL

People are trading no point worrying about little rises or falls on a daily basis, a point here a point there. Chill and it will come. Could be today could be in the next month or months. There will be news and if it’s as expected or better we will get some really good days of many pence, likely with a few surprises along the way too. SL

Yes nice to see it’s not trolled a the moment! You know with any significant price rise they will turn up though. Always a good sign, trolls don’t troll bad shares. SL

Barking, not expecting much new info, they can’t give anything away price sensitive without an RNS either way (although they often do!). However would be nice to get wind of what the pitch was. SL

Yes my view too, something we can add some value too. No point paying top dollar for a well run business. Something where they are desperate to sell at a knock down price as they need the funds! SL

Marty, DS did say that they were close to sorting this out so I wouldn’t be concerned. Either way we will claw it back somehow even if it’s by taking there share of the revenue once we start producing until the debt is repaid. I’d imagine it won’t come to that though. One huge positive for me was his excitable nature and body language during the presentation, and the fact that he is aligned with minimising dilution. He knows more than he is letting on. Let’s see what tonight brings. Anyone going who can report back as I’d imagine it’s not being recorded. I’m not in the country or would have signed up. SL

Tiburn Could be all of the above and more depending on the potential acquisition in question. Been involved in a few in my time and it can end up being hefty but it’s worth it to get a clear picture of what you are buying to ensure there are no skeletons in the closet. Unlikely we’d pay for data room access but they would want to know we are serious and not just snooping for our own benefit. Seen that happen too. Either way I’d rather spend a few hundred k to be sure we are buying what we think we are buying. Great if we can pay a fair price for a producing or close to producing asset however also better to buy something that we can add some value to rather than paying top $ for a ship shape assett that we can’t add some multiples to. Exciting all the same as we seem to be on the growth trail on both fronts - organically and by acquiring complementary assets. SL

And there is so much in the pipeline that no one knows when news will land. Could be today could be a month or 2 but the fact that people don’t know will keep sp bouyant. SL

Patience, you need to hold a year or 2 to maximise your gain here. Now Is the perfect time to build a holding in anticipation. I’m only really interested in the sp at Christmas and beyond. Not the daily ups and downs of percentage points. SL

Don’t want to spread ourselves to thinly but he did seem excitable about a new acquisition, almost as if it was very close and they were in a due dilligence stage. Would be interesting to see if anything further is said about that and how it might be funded. Some suggestions as to what it might be from folk on here. Nice also that anything new will be at a stage where it’s revenue generative or close to and that we are not adding further wild cat opportunities. SL
