Boo are going to run out of options soon as the SP rises, they are scavengers and only take struggling companies for peanuts, this will get too rich for them and i find it highly unlikely they would be able to force a profit making business into admin by forcing the banks to pull the facility. (even then they could easily raise funds to cover it), Also if they buy much more stock they would be obliged to make an offer for the company anyway so that might actually stop them buying much more to get over the threshold. Rock and hard place. Its easier to work angles from the inside so bob et al are in the driving seat here.

There is lots to play out here and we may see an offer from a big player soon, its primed for it.

Should hit 50-60s or higher prior to the egm, although may see a lot sell just before it as don't want to risk boo taking control. Bob will do something to ensure that doesn't happen though im sure, especially as he's now bought a wad on the open market.

You're right. And by buying more they will stand to lose a bigger pile if their ambition is to actually drive it into admin prior to taking the assets. Even if they did manage to take the company in that state it would take them a while to claw back the millions they will lose in stock. They are doing themselves and revb no favours - best just call it a day with the shinanigans, buy more stock and see there shares valued much higher in the future

Yep, buying pressure the next few weeks from various parties should see it much higher.

Late July early august going to give Bob time to adjust the shareholder profile with either new investors taking large chunks of current stock or fresh capital. On the other side, Boo will likely be buying daily on the open market now and we will probably see tr1s soon enough.

Wow i see a huge amount of looney toons posting that have jumped on the resubmission and have limited or no knowledge of what has gone on here, as expected. Surprised this hasn't flown this morning with director buys up to 30p. There is no chance of this getting suspended again now .. bob hasn't thrown 250k in knowing there will be a chance he loses it ... he most certainly has a plan. This a base line sp and will rerate to closer to the £1 minimum (where it was in 2022) mark when everything is clear .. back in my box .. SL
