I don't know Hosai, but i bet they have a plan. The CEO firstly although supposedly 'independent' will likely be a boo puppet. They could also issue a tonne of placing stock which they buy themselves (within headroom, or suggest its required so headroom needs increasing), thus increasing their own stake and diluting others .. all just off the top of my head but they will want greater say going forward.

I wouldn't say it was over, id say its just the beginning .. they wont rest until they are in full control.

Its very annoying its ticking down, its still just uncertainty, rather than focusing on the great growth potential of the business the market is focusing on the power struggle and management

This is at 8-9x PE and that's now! Growth companies in this space should be 30-40x. We are x4 undervalues as it stands. Should be closer to 120 not 30p.

It needs a catalyst - whether thats further good results or something else .. a good offer would certainly help it .. whether its a goer or not. At this stage id be happy to move on if someone was willing to pay the price of early 2022

But if they get the ex directors on board with sweeteners after a take over it could be less, depends how many votes they could muster for a lower valuation

Ubik, i didn't say destroy, but they are getting closer to having to make a legal offer - and they wont want the SP too high if thats their intention.

Its going to depend on what boos strategy is now and if they actually want the price up short term, they might not spin news in the most positive way if they want to buy this outright as they will want the price suppressed.
