It was stated in a fluffy PR video that Kod would be paid 95% on loading vessel at the docks and 5% on arrival in china.

That is a fact Bfd/ Gfd.

As for payment well they should never of said 95% at loading vessel,5% on delivery to begin with.

We were informed we would be paid 95% upon loading the vessel.

The remaining 5% on delivery.

That was 2 weeks ago the ship set sail,we have yet to see a penny.

To me that doesn’t sit right.

The above is exactly as we were told.
