George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.

What happened to the great Lithium project? HA HA HA
Now need to put some money into a (GOOD) lithium stock in Argentina or Canada!
You would think they would talk about Mexico having some lithium reserves in this article but I suppose there is not much there as Arian CEO probably knew but needed money to keep doors open before his retirement. https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/A-New-Lithium-War-Is-About-To-Begin.html
Thats 29 in 2015 and (point) .225 in 2018 folks. He will sadly never see 29 again. -------Date------------Open-------High---------Low--------Close*-----Adj. close**---Volume ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 27 Apr 2015-------29.026-----30.770------28.050----29.000-----29.000-----------587,173 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 24 Apr 2018------.236---------.236---------.220--------.225--------.225------------1,883,005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes silver is starting to rise but they couldn't find any worthwhile sites. Maybe if silver goes to 30-35 oz they could find some low Grade silver on their property that would pay to mine but thats grabbing at straws!
The sad truth is the CEO has only 500,000 shares (worth aprox 2000 on the market). Until he and his staff start buying in large quantity there is no reason to believe there is more here. Now if the share price starts to rise (seemingly for no reason or good news) and then management buys, well thats a different story. Then with share price up you can look for a R/S and a P/P. At that point its hold back the crowd! That would be nice but very unlikely with this group and there small seemingly worthless properties. Its more likely the CEO is stringing everyone along until he gets his pension!

Did not realize the fully diluted Issued Share Capital was 811,707,434. This teeny company needs a new name. How about Lithhoax
Thanks to all my investors for giving me (and my staff) another profitable year. Sorry about the dry holes (I'll hit a good one someday). Well maybe I won't but if you'll give me some more money I'll give it another try. You see that last batch went quicker than I thought and is over half gone. (salaries, parties,etc.). I figure next year we will have a R/S and then a P/P and that will put us back in the ballgame. Of course the stock will drop a little lower (maybe the equivalent of .15 of what it is today). Anyway Merry Christmas to all my wonderful suckers (I mean investors)!!
If you were in the know (JW and Directors) and did not know for sure if your property had the goods or not, would you really waste your hard earned money (matter of opinion) on a possible drill strike? No, you would wait till it was a probable good strike. When the company personal believe they have over a 50% chance of making big bucks, that is when you will see those folks really put in a significant (not a token amount) of personal money! They would probably add after good news but would not buy at the very bottom (looks better that way). So if that would happen this way (possible but not probable) I don't think I would sell any at that time. Unfortunately, I'm still leaning toward their issuing a R/S and another P/P next year. After that look for the price to be the equivalent of .15 instead of .23. Would prefer company personal issue good news and start buying heavily shortly after, but dreaming is not realistic!!
Unfortunately, this may be the case. We need new property options. Otherwise RIP......
Therein lies the problem, Arian has been around 11 years and has never been in worse shape. In 2006 it was 26 pence. Between July 2013 and July 2015 it was 40 to 30 pence. Now two years later .25 pence. Which means it is .008 of its former self. The S/P has always had its ups and downs but never like this. For the last year they are simply trying to keep the doors open and salaries paid and they will need a lot of luck on there limited property to regain anywhere near their former strength. R/S and another P/P coming to a theater near you next year if we don't get very positive news soon!
I'm retired now but when I was working I was making about 160 a working day which I thought was decent at the time. Wow, have things changed. Now it seems you can make 1,150 dollars a day (300,000 divided by 260 working days) and all you have to do is bankrupt your company and raise some more money with a new P/P from time to time. You have to give the old guy credit for being able to pull it off!!!
We are burning through about 50,000 a month (maybe more) for just Salaries and admin cost! And you wonder why we are at .23! Will they use all monies for salaries and then say they just don't have enough to drill? Look for R/S next year (Death Knell) and raise money at same time. At 10 to 1 R/S .23 becomes 2.3 and 41 million shares. Then they can offer P/P again and dilute (add) say 30 or 40 million more. Of course the 2.3 p will drop down to about 1.5 in a couple of months. (and that would be the same as .15 in todays prices). Very likely a close scenario, if this company doesn't come up with something concrete by EOY!!
Yes, I was afraid if news came out on Friday it would not be good. I am surprised it dropped 44% though. We were gambling that the CEO was more intelligent but in a way He was, as He got our money and if we win or lose with the drill bit the guy still makes 300 K a year. (A little too much for a guy that can't manage) I would feel better if he was getting about 50 K a year till he found a way to make the shareholders a dime. His decreased salary would give the company many more holes a year. More holes, more chances for a hit!
If they do come out with the results tomorrow (Friday) I wish you good luck on your supposition, but its been my experience Fridays do not bring the best news. However the next results (holes) could change that! Of course we will need another P/P sometime but if we get good holes (now or later) it would keep the S/P from dropping. Another problem with a small company of course is too many shares (over 400 million already) so it won't be too long and you might look for a R/S which I detest. (I don't think I have seen where a R\S ever helped the S\P) Lets hope they don't do a R\S and only issue a few more shares if they need money. I think next Tuesday or Wednesday would be great to release some good results!
As previously noted if the drill results come tomorrow (on a Friday) the findings will probably be mediocre or not very good. (They hope you will change your mind to sell by Monday). Now if the results come earlier in the week they tend to be better, so lets hope this is the case. Its too bad their overpaid salaries eat up so much capital (They issue shares and gobble up your money for their livelihood with a little left over to drill a few holes). Lets hope they earn their thousands of dollars and come up with a few good holes. And if they do lets hope they manage the Corporation better than last time (Maybe they have gained some knowledge from their last fiasco)
