Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
It was recovering from this morning but seems to be going down again, sadly.
"they're getting desperate with that RNS sale BS - definitely another raise is on the cards later in the year"
Doubt that's the case at all. Doubt the board have any interest in day to day movements off the SP. They're focused on the business, not the 'valuation' of the business through the stock markets.
Is it possible that on Thursday they will announce some form of capital raising which is lowering the share? I suspect not as that would just be an instant dilution, but cant imagine why else this has fallen so much in a short space of time. Unless an II is offloading maybe.
"you’re hopelessly out of date"
Even if they have secured funds, it's still riskier. It's essentially, a 21st-century Blockbusters. Will there always be a demand for cinemas? Doubtful. COVID has no doubt shortened the time for the transition.
CINE has had a great recovery but its business model is far riskier than RR. So there are more risk yet more rewards I suppose.
1. Various new films are moving to streaming platforms.
2. There is a much shorter time between cinema and streaming platforms now compared to pre covid.
3. Once cinemas are open again, no doubt people will flock. Could be short amount of time before CINE then see's a sharp rise.
4. Likewise, it could also be a bubble that's waiting to pop. Analysts predicted money issues by end of 2020 for CINE. We're nearly through Q1 of 2021.
RR has a more sustainable future than CINE, from the company operations to the share recovery.
Even unscathed, tomorrow should be the turning point. I.e. after this piece of news is out of the way, I'd hope to see a steady increase from here on in.
I'd be surprised to see this hit £1 off the back of news that is mostly known about. If there are unknowns, then anything is possible.
On the flip side, if it's good, I'd hope to see £1.20 being broken.
For me, it's not about tomorrow, but the news that follows in the months ahead as hopefully, the worst is behind us and the back to normal schedule continues at the rate it's going. If so, I'd hope to see £2 in 12mths.
"Free to read today article. No PayWall. NoSignUps"
Here's a tip for you.
All these online papers that have 'continue reading' and require you to sign up / pay. Sod that.
Right-click on the page and choose 'view source' - Then use CTRL+F5 to find the first part of the plain text from the article. Then read the rest as you wish ;)
You can also use the inspect tool, but you'd need to know which element was which, which wont be as easy for a lot of people.
And then they're 'nice enough' to come over here to 'warn us'
Out of the goodness of their heart and all that.
All legit.
No ulterior motive whatsoever.
Disclaimer: Sarcasm.
For someone who doesnt care, you don't half seemt to be posting a lot.
I find it weird when people want to be that 'helpful' by letting others know to sell. No point replying, as you're going on filter.
Erm ok. Let's wait and see shall we. I'm invested but I'm also realistic. Some people just chuck numbers out there without thought.
Highly unlikely that in 3 mths this will have a mcap of over £400m.
And mine. Must be a glitch in the matrix.
End of Q2? Dread to think what the SP will be then with these daily drops.
And before anyone starts saying about straight lines, just note it also works the other way around, i.e. down as well as up.
hasiba, wasnt suggesting there was a hidden agenda from your side. Was simply responding :)
I have no idea who you are or what that post was about. Filtered.
Congrats if you got in at ZOE at the prices you mentioned. However its worth noting they have vastly reduced shares in issue which makes it easier for the SP to rise, and their MCAP is not that high. We had a MCAP above that (albeit for about 2mins) which I think is the problem. Its already valued high.
Don't get me wrong. I'm a holder. I just see the above as being a negative in what is otherwise a company with good prospects.
I find it weird when people invest then say its ok if it drops as its a 'top-up opportunity'
Problem with penny shares. If this news had been released on a bigger company, the SP would def have gone up. Just another reason why its harder to get investors on board, because even news like today doesn't mean the SP goes up.
