Seems Niftylift want to test the market but there's not a lot of choice, which doesn't help drive down costs via market competition.

The article I read earlier on .Gov only referred to the levy being removed on electricity provided via electrolysis, but apologies if this is incorrect.

Can you imagine; as soon as Afc announce the first partners/ Customers & investors for the cracker. Just what this is going to do for the share price.

We need to be careful that we don't fall into the trap of high expectations here. I'd be over the moon if an agreement with a large international company is announced, but I feel like we've been here before e.g. Akzo Nobel, Samsung etc. only to be let down, and the share price declines, which is maybe what the shooters are hoping for. I appreciate that the examples provided were well in AFC's past, but I'm sure they still resonate with many long term holders like myself.

Only a substancial contract or a strategic partner announcement will burn these shorts. JW did indicate that AFC are in advanced negotiations with cracker partners. Let's hope it's good news!

Something feels very sinister about todays events to me. This muppet David O'Callaghan seems extremely interested in trying to derail AFC's efforts, extremely unprofessional on his half.

Then this new short pops up when AFC are already almost at the 52 week low. Making a huge profit can't be the motivating factor otherwise they would have opened much higher. So in my view this means they are trying to promote a failing company and put off investors, hoping the share price doesn't recover before any further funding is required.

Wouldn't even be surprised if the shorters are being backed by oil/gas sector. Conspiracy theory?!

If the new CEO can see these savings in the system cost and he's only been in post 5 minutes, why didn't the former CEO or management have this vision? Were they that incompetent? Appears so.

Waiting for the presentation on Thursday for hopefully a more in depth analysis of where we are. The SP is extremely concerning but look at all the other peer companies and they have suffered the same decline. The directors and CEO have been buying recently having had time to evaluate AFC's cashflow and revenue pipeline. Hopefully this bodes well for a turnaround in fortunes.

My buy today showing as a 'Buy' so some trades are correct at least. The director buys at over 9p gives me confidence that they expect this to be higher soon.

The November 24 Investor meeting, Peter Dixon-Clarke indicated that further cash would probably be required in 2025, though did not confirm whether this would be via a fundraise. Most likely though, but I would anticipate they would expect the shape price to be a lot higher

The picture shown of the 2nd generation 200kw system isn't correct unless I'm mistaken?

Only consolation is the lower this goes, hopefully the more likely they close their shorts

John Wilson was CEO for 10 years for the share price to 10x so I'm not getting too excited just yet. Great to see them back the company with their own money from the off though.
