I very nice read this morning. Underlines and provides additional confidence to the wider team and investors. I'll reiterate my comment from yesterday that this week will be a game changer for COPL. Flaring to be approved and a balancing of pressure to see a significant increase in production. I don't have to tell anyone how important today's data is when applying for RBL 'partners'... It's all coming together eh!!
A bit of a grumble about the price today though... I though it may have gapped up to high teens... Anyway have a good week folks.

Mark this week down as a game changer… when, not so much if, we get flaring permissions the team will up production immediately. The team will be prepped and ready to balance out the pressure… I’d love to be a fly on the wall when the figures are presented to Art on Friday…

For what it’s worth I don’t think Wti will drop below $80 any time soon. $96 today… I think Goldman predicted $115 by Christmas a few months back… high oil prices are here to stay.

Good post and I completely agree. Sentiment is hugely important… Art said the production figures will ramp up… why wouldn’t they?
Once the technical issues, were, are, resolved then we will have a domino effect of producing wells.

I'm not expecting July's production figures to be anything spectacular. What I think Art may do is provide some commentary around and substantial uplift through August and into September... Talk about the 'upward trend' in production

John. I've said it before.... so I'll mention it again... What would another CEO, leader, have done in the same situation. Gut feeling is something different that wouldn't have secured the deal and prospects we have. Lots of bleating about shoulda, woulda, coulda... I think I recall you saying you were on your way out anyway...
I for one am excited about the next production update... Growth looking forward... 2022, Q4/ 2023 Q1,2.

Incidentally there has been some great conversations ‘elsewhere’ this morning clarifying the bond position… I didn’t need convincing but some do… if Art is looking to articulate the bond position this week it should clear up any and all confusion. Although some thrive on confusion...
