well I read that link and it seems like Czechs dont want to get into having to bale out anyone if things go tits up! but what that means for us who knows , if a bank lends you money and it cant get it back you go bankrupt,after much trying to find a way to get that money of course.
the banks or funders we might have will be stuck with our debt . the borrowed money, not the state of CZ so more business interests from EU banks and other funders rather than CZ would be a safe option for them wouldnt it? plus a raising of the TAX royalty etc,they have no obligations ,we take the risk along with the banks etc they get the revenue from taxxes etc easy for them id say but the state is one thing Babis is another!

VWs chosen spec of hydroxide made by their batteery providers ,those providers would be the off takers ,vertical integration too, all in .lots to think on....

I wonder if the likes of VW would be in the know about permits going through before the government announces them to the public? would they gamble with an off take? but then I guess if we cant provide anything ( should that ever happen )they would of had a no lithium no contract clause,But WHERE are they going to get all their Lithium from in Europe if not from us and other smaller contributers?
