strengthens Keiths hand in negotiations, im sure who ever end up getting a contract with will pay a lot more than the 12,500 per ton in PFS I cant wait to see those results of up dated PFS , maybe the continuing upward trend of Lithium prices and Tin is throwing any calculations out lol

I would think that Keith is as frustrated as anyone about the delys and political interference too as he has a good chunk invested here,the delays in the long run could prove fortunate I say that with the Price of Litrhium and Tin being what they are , Yes the mine could be closer to production, getting an up front pre paid contract and thus very little dilution to share holders will if managed be a fantastic worse while wait,IMO those results must be due to drop very soon im eager too.

buying today pushing us along nicely, see if we can hold it for the close .

I cant see Cinovec being affected by this as the rest of the world AND the Czech ARE going to move to EVs but the Czech Government have a high reliance on the Motor industry ( combustion engines) Their move away from it COULD leave them in a worse posistion I understamd why they are attempting to slow this up but Iam confident that this wont happen , Czech republic will embrace the EV market too , having Cinovec and Gigafactories ,with investment from CEZ 70% Governement owned ~(old regime I know ,)but im sure they wont interfere with what VW and anyone else who wishes to buils any kind orf vehicle in their country, maybe an attempt to pacify those who cant change or see change happening for the good and not the bad .most of the world are following this line ,the convesrion from Combustion engines to Electric.

those VW /CEZ etc Giga factory dissussions should be able to progress now too, post Christmas New year id have thought on those starting or re starting IMO of course

pre paid up front is happening so I think Keith is playing this perfectly, as prices go up his hand gets stronger. Little to no dilution is possible, the right deal(s) New Czech government will sort themselves out soon and be brought up to speed with Cinovec and thus VW can move on .
I would think that bigger investors are waiting to buy into EMH bolster their port folios with Green, green , green lol

I think it is a massive positive to have CEZ as our partner, 70% Gov owned gets you through all the permitting processes,( assuming you pass ther requirements of course) Having 100% renewable energy yto supply the operation too!.
I know its slow and painful to sit and watch but Keith has said he is wanting to get the right contrat not just any contract (s)and im sure CEZ with their 51% would agree, im sure but I have no knowledge of , That VW in some way will be getting some portion of the Lithium and Tesla also, CEZ themselves will want some and this to me pushes the doubling of production to more likely IMO of course, we wait on those Revised PFS numbers and any announcment of production numbers, I hate waiting just as much as anyone but been here a long time now since EMH listed on AIM not leaving yet.

I have been saying that this should be the aim of most car/ battery manufacturers for years, was poo pooed, because why? buy when you can get a contract? well now seems the why .GAURANTTEED as much as anyone can of getting the Lithium at a good price if you own the MINE!
with regards this to EMH as CEZ have 51% I dont know if they would want a partner with clout even if they still retainded the 51% ? but it could happenand CEZ may want more too....
