The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
At low Lithium prices I would say losses would be most likely so who would Mine it and process it? A lot of new comers to the Lithium industry need the price to be a lot higher to make it worth while ,
I wonder Who is selling and Who is not? I put that to the Institutions that have invested with EMH , Due Diligence that has taken some of those companies Months and months to come up with the answer YES we shall invest
IF there is to be a DELAY in News coming out then im sure it will be a Dissapointment and the SP may react accordingly with those NON STICKY shares being traded and bought up I wonder by WHO? at bargain prices.
The DFS WILL arrive just a scase of when and the reaction may not be the one we all wish for due to the price of Lithium at this present time making Lithium a no go area for SOME investors non sophisticated and the Sophisticated . UNTIL the DFS and for those sophisticated to load up under the RADAR and then you coud see the SP rise , you see EMH still remains the prize of Europe (IMO) to get a chance of getting in low will attract them to EMH more than others that arent so Thouroughly inspected, How Green and clean will Cinovec be? and profitable even at LOW Lithium prices, How many can say that?
Expertice in the Lithium industry is sparce so getting that DFS done could be pressed WHY does it need to be done at a certain time? ( Christmas) Only suggestions that it should be in the last quarter and im as dissapointed we havenint heard anyhting, and who knows we might not before Christmas . what is the actual change to What will happen if the DFS is not brought out before Christmas? The permitting situation im sure once the DFS shows How envoirenmently friendly and proftable will tick a few more boxes in that department , my opinion IS that if those boxes ARE ticked. the admin is swift, no basis for that but How else can you speed up EIA ? remember the price of Lithim today and in two years or so time could be a lot different, I wonder what the CONTRACT prices were this year? all we ever hear about is SPOT price,
My personal opinon if thes is a delay to the DFS it will provide that DIP and it will be seen as Entry point for some new investors and old to top up
,How long till that permitting ? the impatient will want it yesterday the BORING patient ones will wait , when this share gets boring BUY it , some one said they liked being Boring didnt they? lol
Moving from British virgin islands, to re domicile in Australia, as better for drawing in investors who dont like BVI as not got a good
Yes and the car manufacturerz have to get their batteries from them multiple customers that way, not tied to any brand of car, altho I would say those not wishing to go the way of VW ,shoot themselves in the foot, getting into a mining and processing company localy would make good sense more ways this can pan out
Approval for strategic projects within 24 months and Processing projects within 12 months. As we are a strategic project and one that will process too this is very good news.
Hurdles there maybe but a shorter race.
12 months .......
Lithium prices might be down but How many will be profitable at low prices? Cinovec will make Money when others cant.
Meddlers faddling about with the SP all trying to manipulate to their advantage.
Also Arbitrage from one exchange to another is this also not helping when easy money to be made that way? With so many sticky shares not bring in the market as it were very little goes a long way maybe the bot will out bid on the buying side when news trickles in soon ?

Maybe of some interest,
Mining and refining . Who do we know in EU are proceeding towards that?
Posdible advantage of OEM involvment in Mining by a High % investment in a Mining company, 40% was mentioned could that stretch to 49% and a buyout? Just pure Sunday morning thoughts....
Could the refining and Mining be split into two companies? With EMH staying with the refining side just another Sunday morning thought
Its my thinking that DFS This side of Christmas FID after then maybe a 6 month wait to permitts, then ???
I would say that CEZ being 70% owned by the Czech government , decision for CEZ to spend money will of been agreed, and thus by that, Czech government knows the Permitts will be given , I cant see it not going through . Money has been Granted too, Would the Just transiton fund award () Who else has been awarded?)to some one they didnt know would make it to production? Wheels within wheels , Czech PM thinks its appening .
I like the bit where it is said that "No regret projects" Everythjing that can be produced will be used
LG,SAMSUNG,SKI, also Hyundai could be seeking a battery JV with any number of Battery producers ,I am guessing that as has the US government questioned ventures with Chinese companies , that the EU will do the same ?after all isnt that what CRMA is about? Non relience on China? Im sure there will be room for negotiations .

"Member States can complement their Just Transition Fund allocation with the resources allocated under the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund Plus."
With all the Due Dilligence been carried out on EMH buy those who could be assisting with Finance through EU banks , I cant see anything to concern us. We have a 49 mil Transition fund availible , they dont give money to just anyone.
This pure fantasy bu,t VW worth about 59 billion Euros , is it at all possible they could be bought out? at least in parts like Audi, Porche, etc? if they are floundering from the helm down? VW waited for the EU to make a move with CRMA Loans /Grants /investments and they could be calling their bluff??? invest or lose VW? no one does that though Do they? some one or group of people trying to swing the balance back away from EVs? pure wild thoughts but why arent VW interersted?

The Renew Europe Group welcomes today´s interinstitutional agreement on the Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA). It aims to tackle the EU’s access to secure, diversified, affordable and sustainable supplies, enabling Europe to pursue its twin climate and digital transition and ensure its open strategic autonomy.
The final agreement strengthens EU resilience, reduces our dependencies on materials used for strategic technologies and thereby lays strong foundations to accelerate towards more European sovereignty and competitiveness, crucial given the current geopolitical upheavals.
MEP Nicola Beer (FDP, Germany), Vice-President of the European Parliament and Rapporteur on the Critical Raw Materials Act, states:
"The agreement, which has been reached in record time, is an industrial policy blueprint for a secure and sustainable supply of raw materials in Europe. The European Parliament has successfully pushed for fewer reporting requirements, especially for SMEs, and more European raw materials projects in Europe. With targeted economic incentives, we are creating project-planning certainty for private investors - through single points of contact for companies and fast and simple authorisation procedures with clear deadlines for national authorities. This will boost mining, processing and recycling in Europe. At the same time, we are stimulating research and innovation along the entire value chain. A framework for strategic partnerships on raw materials with third countries on equal terms will also make the EU an attractive partner in geopolitical competition - with real benefits for both sides and strong protection for local communities and nature. With a clear signature from the EU Parliament, the course has been set for Europe's open, economic and geopolitical sovereignty".
