The board have not bought in with there own funds, so the share price is of little consequence to them.

Brad really doesn’t have any integrity left at all not even a shred. Totally unreliable and his words unbelievable. Quite the scam artist… well played sir robded me blind.

Can’t sell in large quantities as well. Sums up the situation quite well in my eyes. We’re in limbo. No one wants to buy or sell. We’re stuck in the mud.

I don’t think BG cares or give a second thought to shareholders quite honestly. He’s been a broker before by his own admission so knows this game inside out. The way we’ve been floated on U.K. and Canadian exchanges has been a deliberated tactic to mute our voting rights and resulted in us having absolutely no influence over the company.

I believe BG has used his position as ceo and Orosur as his personal nest egg. He is coming to the end of his career and this is his retirement exit.

I don’t know what sort of life he has had but strikes me as man with champagne tastes but a Coca Cola pocket.

In his own mind I’m sure he has a million and one reason to justify this course in his own mind.

Damn right, the fair and honest world we’re taught when young is but a fairytale.

Brazil and Argentina are only a distraction and Brads attempt to regain any integrity he had. I believe the market will only react positively to good news regarding Columbia.

I would like to thank all who recommended my previous post regarding our ceo. To say I’m angered by Brads’ performance is an understatement. I am all for him giving himself a raise when he is delivering for us shareholders, after all Brad we private investors are the ones who have put up our hard earned saving to support the company and you would do well the heed this.

Since our voting rights have been taken away from us I have put up this post so long term holders can have their say.

Recommend if you think Brad George should step down as CEO.

If this is not sorted out in the next few months shareholders on here should have vote of no confidence regarding our ceo Brad George as our voting right have been taken away.

If the board aren’t investing their own capital in a meaningful way in their own company how do they expect to attract serious institutional investors.

Next time Brad goes globe trotting looking for investment I’ll take it he’s in need of a holiday.

Jackbal all good questions it’s about time we shareholders put Brad under the spot light. He breezes through these webinars without any accountability at all. It’s about time shareholders made some noise. We’ve been treated like something he’s stepped in on the way in yet we own more shares than the board.

If Brad and board have boxed into a corner as some people on here suggest as in the majors can sit on Anza for the next four years doing sod all we need to call an EGM. If there’s no clause in the new contract that prevents such tactics this has been very poorly managed.
I’m all for listening to Brad in the zoom call but from numerous past experiences I’m expecting more hot air and waffle.

Dr R I’m sure he did say that to you and don’t doubt you for a minute. This is typical of Brad though he has said a lot over the last few years. He has been masterful at pulling the wool over us shareholders eyes. For example multiple failed deadlines, news rich periods which have not materialised and said he is looking out for shareholders interests. He also purposely put us on the Canadian exchange which resulted in our votes being disregarded. All the while helping himself to more options and doubling his personal salary. Do you honestly believe what he says to us?

Dr R I’m sorry to disagree. I’m not being fooled by Brad’s rhetoric . The negotiations dialogue is reflected in the share price it’s as simple as that.

Glad I didn’t top up here. This phase 2 issue should have been ironed out before last year. Now shareholders are paying a heavy price. Brad you’ve mad a total balls up and helping yourself to a healthy upgrade in salary. You arrogant bastard.
