BLOCK SELLER27 Apr 2020 15:59
THIS STORY LINE IS TRUE - ABOUT THE BLOCK SELLER just spoken to Redmond .
Husband he believes, as the stock was split .
"I discussed in a previous thread but the seller is probably a creditor who is NOT INTERESTED IN MAKING A PROFIT WITH A BIG SHARE PRICE RISE! Look at the trades, they are in multiples of blocks of 50k. I am pretty certain the seller is the creditor who took control of 25-30Mil shares in Hemo back in December 2017 and are now selling those shares to settle the debt. Its going to take alot of new buyers to clear that number of shares..... Ideally the creditor would STOP selling for a few days, let the share price rise then continue selling but one could argue now is the ideal time for them to sell as there are so many buyers and profit to them equates money returned to the borrower.
Bottom line is, cant see them selling much below the price they are currently placing at each time as they need that to clear the debt. HOWEVER whenever that backlog IS cleared there may well be a shock when the influx of new stock to the market dries up. The biggest problem right now is both these events happening at once is concerning to the market wondering why the price has not shot up. Soon as Fool or something does some research and picks up a stock like this there will be no problem clearing that backlog."
