released this article almost 6 months later …why?

The fact that it has closed under a £ tells me
that it might be a damp squib after all !!One would
have expected to have closed around 1-20 and
early momentum has fizzled out! Though one
can never tell come Tuesday 7am. With 500 million
losses it is difficult to comprehend how Apollo
would table an offer in excess of £2?

collusion) this would be illegal. Stock market regulatory authorities need to look into this as many
small novices/ retired folks end up loosing their

Nothing in the Sunday papers. No bad publicity is good news for MM. Media have never appreciated MM for his achievements & have all ways taken a dig at him over the years. Something is

Apollo are fully aware THG saw off £1-4bn attempt
by property tycoon Nick Candy & a £2 Ben bid
from Belevin & King street Capital. They will have
done their homework very carefully as they know
anything less than £2 will be rejected outright by
MM. IMO they will start with £2 and test the waters as they say and up it up if they are desperate to lay their hands on THG ( food for thought!)

In total agreement. Love constructive postings
which benefit all. One must remember to
support / assist (decision process) with useful
info. Big boys (shorters!) could not care a damn
if small investors (especially new ones) loose
their hard earned money. Times are hard and

9/2/23 that “we had raised $28 Billion of New
Capital & retained $51 Billion of unspent capital &
we had total assets under management of
$548 Billion. IMO THG would be a very small fish
for them to acquire!

In the meantime Moulding continues to perpetuate
THG’s. Siege mentality. His motivational
video last Xmas urged staff to ignore the haters
telling them The best revenge is massive success

I am in full agreement with all what you have
mentioned. Apollo would have done their homework very carefully over the past one year.

500 million loss is huge. MM decided to issue
the RNS yesterday to soften the blow of these
mixed results. Market will not buy it and SP
will drop by 10-15% sadly. Boohoo’s losses were
much less in comparison for the same period.
Company needs to reorganise their departmental
structures and improved PR at best. Disappointed

There were so many posting negative views without
much knowledge of the company.
They have to learn the basics of investing long term
or short term. & post honest opinions which
benefit all investors. Times are hard and every bit
of profit helps us all.
