II that needs to sell stock wont care if the results are out soon etc or if they are good or bad, if they need to sell they will do exactly that.. they operate differently to us, they dont just sell to the open market, assuming that they might know results snd thats why they r selling now is incorrect and shows a lack of understanding of how II operates
