Yes they wont be selling new shares, only the open offer ones if they chose to.. but in order to balance their holdings, all of them sold previously at a higher price to participate in the closed placing. So this way they get cheaper new shares and balance their holding after the dilution takes place on the 4th

We r holding up really well in comparison to most stocks today.. covid stocks are down 10% on average.. market in general today is a horror show.. bad day

Yes thats exactly my point, for all we know they could end up with a much larger % at a much smaller average. Would make a lot of sense for them to do thar, and would explain why they stopped their accumulation of shares..

Gold, thats incorrect, they did sell, and thats why they ticked that box. But before anyone starts asking why, this could be due to them participating in the open offer and the main one, so the final % could be the same or even an increase. We will only find out after the 4th. Atm its a non event..

If we get 79% forget about £10... we will be taken by the highest bidder.. and considering the potential yearly orders/revenue of over £1b, we can easily reach over 2.5/3b in valuation.. even £25 is a possibility, as crazy as it might sound, if we see 79% again..

Doing it in 20 countries will speed up things up for us and provide a wide range of data, which is exactly what we need. If u look at the bio/pharma sector u will see that on average the co that has revenue of 1b has an mc of around 5-7b depending on the product and profit.. so with our potential revenue being around that mark, we should be aiming somewhere between £25-35..

Very strong and clear message. Success in phase 3 is where our journey will end. Great news, but this wont go boom.. we need a clear plan and an aggressive exploration campaign.. our assets have decreased in return for cash, but if that cash isnt used properly then we will be in a worse position than we were before
