Crude I doubt they are worried about the time lines or the wages with regards to pi's.. Its starting to look like they have to go through with the drills no matter what, there must be a much better reason.. Only time will tell... When the oil price falls drastically, the market reacts instantly because ppl in charge of funds etc don't like to take risks in the current environment... When the prices go up there is a very long lag before the markets react to that.. This has been like that for a while now..
