Are the only ones that should be extremely unhappy with today's rns.. They can't trade/are locked in, not a concern for everyone else... They have announced a finance deal, that I am sure will be signed, and if the court orders to pay the debt, frr will be able to do so.. However we all know that frr will win this case and the settlement could bring down the overall payment number... Unless the finance deal falls through, and we won't provide any evidence of wrong doing in court, I dont see this ending badly..
