Only explanation is, may be they are doing a quick placing to raise say another 50m for future works and have more money in the bank.. At £1.30 wouldn't be a bad idea

Lunch time rally could take us past £2 today.. I am expecting this to climb to £3 in the next couple of weeks.. Now that we've hit our target, the market will be very bullish about Joe and will be pricing in at least 30%.. This will be heading only in one direction

Expecting at least a 300% today.. The wording in the rns suggests that we found a monster that will de risk a lot of other plays. Buying frenzy, very few shares on offer, everyone will be trying to buy in knowing that even at £1.5 they are now officially cheap
