It will be bumpy and I don’t see us reaching 95p until the final results are out... sp of high 60s is max I can see right now.. but if the results and updated cpr are good and carapa is a discovery then we will bk above £1 easy

It would surprise me if we don’t drill jethro channel around March and then 2-3 more wells from June onwards until the end of the year.. Total & Qataris would want to accelerate things much quicker, and am sure would pressure tlw to move quickly and drill as many wells as possible.. Exxon in 2020 will carry on with its aggressive campaign and as long as they keep striking oil our sp will keep going north... success at carapa will get repsol moving on their licence as well which will be positive for tlw..

The problem with the cpr timeline is that Tlw are the ones changing them.. Gil will more or less know when to expect results from carapa.. tlw say before the end of the year but Gil is now saying end of November.. so if all the info (Internally) will be available say by the first week of December, then the cpr could pop up by Christmas.. hence why he keeps changing timelines, things are happening in the background that are influencing the decisions, so a week ago it was one thing, next week it can be the opposite.. it’s not Gils fault that’s the nature of the business and he says as things are during those interviews

It’s not struggling, it’s normal, the book is filled with buys, most will be gone by today some will take positions again for Monday etc

Most traders will be gone by today, so price will be up and down... next week should bring stability back and hopefully will stick to high 60s before steady rise towards the results

This drop has been crazy overdone, and I can only see a recovery back to 60s before more updates.. and if positive we will be bk to £1 lvls..

If that was the case, heavy oil fields wouldn’t exist... for the last time, the capex won’t increase by much, the only concern now is wether the rates are commercial

Aim now has dismissed the two discoveries.. I have my doubts about joe, because of its size, but I’ll be shocked if jethro isn’t commercial.. If the report supports that and we throw in a drill into the channel we will be back above £1 pre drill campaign.. in the meantime I do hope tlw sell more of the share to Qataris or total or another major for that matter and pass on the operations to one of them

Jp Morgan will say what ever suits their agenda and the results aren’t final.. the evaluation is still on going and will keep going until the last drill is done.. we could see total becoming the operator to speed things up, the Qataris are also in the mix.. the knowledge between them all is frightening and if jethro will flow commercially, I have no doubt that they will use everything at their disposal to make it as profitable as possible and speed up the production... Exxon are doing it with hammerhead which is similar to our discovery..

Obv you aren’t here to have a constructive argument so you are filtered... if you were seriously concerned you wouldn’t be picking on heavy oil or the profitably, because that is nonsense.. the only major downside is the recovery of heavy oil, but so far the info is showing favourable conditions for that.. now, joe is a different story, and couldn’t be written off as non commercial, but jethro is pretty much in the bag and the channel will double its size and it’s a bit of a monster field similar to hammerhead.. the amount of info that will be collected after capara will make next years drills even less riskier.. enjoy trolling around, no point answering you anymore

Are you 12? So you think that they will go ahead with production if they earn little profit? Look at other fields before writing garbage.. take our previous numbers and apply a discount of around $10 to the sell price and add $10 to the costs.. with jethro channel & hammerhead alone at $2 pb we are worth around $250m.. US refineries need heavy oil and in a lot of cases pay full price and even premiums.. Light oil represents less headache but heavy oil can still be very profitable

It was already mentioned in the interview that there are still 9 different profitable scenarios.. increased costs won’t play a major part in the decision.. it will all come down to the final results on the flow etc
