I though that - the free float was maybe 50-100m back then so not huge in comparison now? The price of coal has also risen but yes it was £9+ 20 yrs ago and in 2009 it spiked again to £3.40ish...the Cazenova note detailing value on approval was also floating around then and talked of Share Prices upwards of £27 a share.
