IMO. The company asked Anvio for additional funding they said yes to $4m. The only way they could afford to do so was to "borrow 126m shares" then sell them via a third party over several weeks.

This brought the price down so low that it enabled Anvio to re strike the conversion price from 4p to 2.6p.

So having destroyed the SP they then gave us the $4m yesterday.

My guess is that PI now hold these new shares now.

Now that this transaction has now been completed there will be little selling pressure from BH in the future.

1.87p now seems like a great entry point.

Quite ironic that the new bond strike price was reset at the average price since they starting dumping shares from September 5/6th WAP2.7p.

Sorry COPL we need a few more days to offload this stock, in order to drive the price so low that you will reset my strike price from 4p to 2.6p.
